Analysis of tourists reqirements for destinations by kano s model: case of Nevşehir

Abstract

It is a fact that providing customer satisfaction is very important in terms of the success of the activities. One of the most important things to be provide customer satisfaction is determining the customer requirements accurately. In this study, Kano model will be used to determine the customer requirements who visiting the destination. The Kano model is an effective method that, provides the classification of he needs and expectations of a particular product in terms of the level of satisfaction.It is an important information for decision-makers to show how much the consumers have been satisfied by meeting their various expectations. In this study, the expectations of the visiting tourists will be found out by the methot of Kano model in Nevsehir province which is a tourist destination and decision-makers of the destination (local managers, tourism business managers, tourism academicians etc.) will be recommended.
