Türk konaklama sektöründe personel eğitimi ve mevcut uygulamaya yönelik bir araştırma

Abstract

This research paper examines the personnel education process in the hospitality sector of Turkey. The survey includes upscale hotels which operate in various parts of Turkey. A questionnaire inclueding eleven questions was mailed to upper level hotel managers of the aforementioned operations. As a result, this study found out that upper level managers perceived the importance of personnel education; however, they did not consider to assign some part of their budged on this issue.
