Turist rehberlerinin işe adanmışlık düzeylerinin belirlenmesine yönelik bir araştırma

Abstract

Odası’na (NERO) bağlı olarak çalışan 149 turist rehberine anket uygulanması ile elde edilmiştir. Verilerin analizi için t testi ve ANOVA analizi gibi istatistiksel analiz yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, turist rehberlerinin yalnızca çalışma şekli (bağımsız veya acentaya bağlı) değişkeni itibariyle işe adanmışık düzeyleri anlamlı farklılık göstermektedir. Çalışmaya dair bulguların, özellikle turizm yazınında sınırlı sayıda araştırma yapılmış olması nedeniyle literatüre ve sektöre katkı sağlaması beklenmektedir.

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of work engagement of the tourist guides through demographics. The data used in the research was obtained by conducting a survey to 149 tourist guides working under the Nevşehir Chamber of Tour Guides (NERO). Statistical analysis methods such as t test and ANOVA analysis were used for the analysis of the data. According to the results of the research, the levels of tourist guides engagement to work differ significantly only by the way of working (freelance or agency employee). The findings of the study are expected to contribute to the literature and the sector, since limited research has been done, especially in the tourism literature.
