dc.description.abstract In this study, we investigate the relationship between innovation (product innovation, strategy innovation, process innovation and market innovation) and firm (market) performance in shoe industry in Konya, Turkey. The findings of the research indicated that product innovation, strategy innovation, process innovation and market innovation were positively and significantly correlated with market performance. Regression analysis results show that market innovation had positive effect on market performance. tr_TR
