Türkiye’de kadına yönelik şiddetin sınıf öğretmenlerine göre analizi

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı, son günlerde toplumumuzda gittikçe artan kadına yönelik şiddet olaylarını kadının gözünden analiz etmektir. Araştırmada betimsel yöntem tercih edilmiştir. Araştırmanın evreni çok geniş olduğu için örneklem alma yoluna gidilmiş ve Isparta ilinde görev yapan kadın sınıf öğretmenlerinden tesadüfi olarak 256 kişi seçilmiştir. Araştırmada veriler 8 tane kapalı uçlu 2 tane açık uçlu olmak üzere toplam 10 sorudan oluşan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formuyla elde edilmiş ve betimsel olarak analize tabi tutulmuştur. Araştırmada elde edilen bulgulara göre; Türkiye’de kadın olmanın zor olduğu (%87,5), kadına neredeyse hiç değer verilmediği, kadınların çoğunun şiddet (psikolojik, fiziksel ve cinsel) gördüğü (%89,1) ve şiddet konusunda şikayette bulunduklarında herhangi bir çözüm bulunacağına inanmadıkları (%85,9) ortaya çıkmıştır. Kadınlar, şiddet konusunda da kadınların suçunun çok olmadığına (%68,8) inanmaktadırlar. Cinsel istismarın cezalandırılması konusunda ise erkeklere daha çok hadım edilme cezası verilmesi gerektiğini (%39,1) belirtmişlerdir. Kadına şiddetin nedenleri arasında şiddet uygulayan erkeklerin daha çok psikolojik rahatsızlıkların olduğu (%25) ve güç faktörünü kullanmak istemelerinden (%23,1) kaynaklandığı görüşündedirler. Kadının şiddet görmesinde, zayıf olması (%23,8) ve kendini koruyamama (%15,2) faktörünün önemli olduğuna inanmaktadırlar. Sonuç olarak bu araştırma göstermiştir ki kadına verilen değerin az olması beraberinde şiddeti daha çok ortaya çıkarmaktadır.

The aim of this research is to analyze the growing violence against women in our society in recent days and examine from the woman's eye. In the study, descriptive method is preferred. Since the research population is too large to cover, sampling method was used and 256 female teachers who work in the province of Isparta were randomly selected. Research data were gathered through semi-structured interviews which contain 2 open-ended and 8 closed-ended questions, consisting totally of a 10 questions. According to the findings obtained through the study; it is difficult to be a woman in Turkey (87.5%), women are given almost no value, most of the women are subjected to violence (psychological, physical and sexual) (89.1%) and if They complain about the violence, they don't believe that there will be any solution (85%, 9), also they believe that in case of violence it is not all their own fault (68.8%) .It is stated that castration should be sentenced to males on sexual abuse (39.1%). The causes of violence against women are more Psychological distress of men (25%) and that they want to exercise power (23.1%) of men. Women see violence as a consequence of a set of factors, among the most important ones of which are their weakness (23,8%) and their inability to protect themselves (15,2%). As a result, shown that little value attributed to the woman brings about more violence.
