Yeni Gün Gazetesi (1919-1920) 181-365 sayılarındaki edebî metinlerin çeviri yazısı ve değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Türk Millî Kurtuluş Hareketi içerisinde basın yayın faaliyetleri, savaşa hazırlık döneminin propaganda aracı olmasının yanı sıra savaş sırasında halkın doğru haber almasını ve savaşın hangi aşamada olduğunu bilerek moral ve motivasyonunu yüksek tutması adına oldukça önemlidir. Dönemi anlamak olayları doğru bir şekilde yorumlamak isteyen bir araştırmacı için dönemin basın yayın organlarının incelenmesine gerek duyulmaktadır. Yeni Gün gazetesi de dönemi anlamak adına Kurtuluş Savaşı yıllarında Yunus Nadi tarafından çıkarılmış siyasi günlük gazetedir ve zaman içerisinde Millî Mücadele'nin sözcüsü olarak kabul edilir. Gazetede yayımlanan yazılar siyasi, ilmî, edebî olmakla beraber, dönemin günlük konularını da ele alır. Yazarlar kendilerine ait fikirleri hedef kitlesine gazete üzerinden iletmeye çalışır. Bu gazetenin önem arz etmesinin sebebi de Kurtuluş Savaşı'nı desteklemek ve halka moral vermektir. Yunus Nadi'nin çıkarmış olduğu Yeni Gün gazetesi çok sancılı süreçler geçirir. Fakat Yunus Nadi, gönül verdiği davasından vazgeçmeyerek halka bir şeyler duyurabilmek adına mücadele eder. Yunus Nadi, gazetecilik ve yazarlığını Atatürk'ün yapmış olduğu atılımlar doğrultusunda kullanarak gazetesini bu doğrultuda ilerletir. Çalışmamızda Yeni Gün gazetesinin 181-365. sayıları arasında yer alan edebî metinler tespit edilerek günümüz harflerine aktarılmıştır. Edebî nitelik taşıyan metinler türlerine göre ayrılıp incelenmiştir. Yapılan çalışma üç bölüme ayrılmıştır. Giriş bölümünde Türk basın tarihi hakkında bilgiler yer almaktadır. Birinci bölümde gazetenin ismi, yayım hikâyesi, şekil özellikleri, kurmaca, kurmaca dışı metinlerin sınıflandırılması, şair ve yazar kadrosu, görsel malzeme ve ilanlar bulunmaktadır. İkinci bölümde metinlerin tür ve konularına göre tasnifi yapılmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde ise Latin harflerine aktarılan metinlere yer verilmiştir. Sonuç bölümünde ise çalışmaya konu olan gazetenin edebiyat bilimine olan katkısı ve çalışmanın özgünlüğüne dair elde edilen verilere değinilmiştir. Within the Turkish National Liberation Movement, the media activities are very important in terms of being a propaganda tool for the preparation period for the war, as well as for the people to receive accurate news during the war and to keep their morale and motivation high by knowing the stage of the war. For a researcher who wants to understand the period and interpret the events correctly, the media organs of the period need to be examined. Yeni Gün newspaper is a political daily newspaper published by Yunus Nadi during the years of the War of Independence in order to understand the period and over time it is accepted as the spokesperson of the National Struggle. Although the articles published in the published in the newspaper are political, scientific and literary, they also deal with the daily issues of the period. The authors try to convey their ideas to their target audience through the newspaper. The reason why this newspaper is important is to support the War of Independence and give morale to the people. Yeni Gün newspaper published by Yunus Nadi, goes through very painful processes. However, Yunus Nadi does not give up his cause of love and struggles to announce something to the public. Yunus Nadi, using his journalism and writing in line with the breakthroughs made by Atatürk, advances his newspaper in this direction. In our study The literary texts in the 181-365th issue of Yeni Gün newspaper were determined and transferred to today's letters. Literary texts are separated and examined according to their types. The study is divided into three sections. The introduction chapter contains information about the history of the Turkish press. The first part includes the name of the newspaper, its publication story, its features, fiction, classification of non-fictional texts, poets and writers, visual materials and advertisements. In the second part, the texts are classified according to their genres and subjects. In the third part, texst transferred to Latin letters are included. In the conclusion part, the contribution of the newspaper subject to the study to the science of literatüre and the data obtained on the originality of the crash are mentioned.
