Sosyal sorumluluk algısı ile örgütsel sinizm arasındaki ilişki: Pozitif psikolojik sermayenin düzenleyici rolü

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, konaklama işletmelerindeki sosyal sorumluluk algısı ile örgütsel sinizm arasındaki ilişkide karşılıklı pozitif psikolojik sermayenin düzenleyici (ılımlaştırıcı) etkilerini analiz etmektir. Araştırmanın örneklemini Nevşehir ilinde faaliyet göstermekte olan konaklama işletmelerinin yöneticileri ve çalışanları olarak belirlenmiştir (n=500). Sosyal sorumluluk algısı çerçevesinde örgütsel sinizmin pozitif psikolojik sermaye üzerindeki etkilerini ortaya çıkarmak için veriler düzenleyici değişkenli hiyerarşik regresyon analizi yardımıyla analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmanın bulgularına göre pozitif psikolojik sermayenin sosyal sorumluluk algısı ile örgütsel sinizm arasındaki ilişkide düzenleyici rolünün olduğu görülmüştür. Son olarak araştırmanın bazı kısıtları olduğu vurgulanmış, hem konaklama işletmeleri yöneticilerine ve çalışanlarına örgütsel sinizmi engellemeye yönelik önerilerde bulunulmuş, hem de gelecekte benzer konularda yapılacak araştırmalara ilişkin birtakım öneriler sunulmuştur.

The aim of this study is to analyze the moderating effect of positive psychological capital on the relationship between social responsibility perception and organizational cynicism in hospitality businesses. The sample of the research was determined as the managers and employees of the hospitality businesses operating in Nevşehir province (n=500). In order to reveal the effects of organizational cynicism on positive psychological capital within the framework of social responsibility perception, the data were analyzed with the help of hierarchical regression analysis with moderator variables. According to the findings of the study, it was seen that positive psychological capital has a moderating role in the relationship between the perception of social responsibility and organizational cynicism. Finally, it was emphasized that there were some limitations of the research, suggestions were made to both the managers and employees of the accommodation businesses to prevent organizational cynicism, and some suggestions were made for future research on similar issues.
