Doğal Bir Taş Olan Pomza ile Gürültü İzolasyon Malzemesi Üretimi

Abstract

Rahatsız edici sesler olarak nitelendirilen gürültü kirliliği, ne yazık ki insanları ciddi boyutlarda etkilemeye başlamıştır. Araç kullanımının artması, inşaatların çoğalması ve konutların sanayi alanları ile neredeyse iç içe bulunması gürültü kirliliğini en üst seviyelere kadar çıkarmıştır. Çalışmamızın amacı, ülkemizde oldukça fazla bulunan kullanım alanı gittikçe artan ve hem ısı hem de ses izolasyon özelliği bulunan pomza madeninden yararlanarak insanları ciddi boyutlarda rahatsız eden gürültüye karşı yeni bir ses izolasyon malzemesi üretmektir. Çalışmamız Akrilik, EPS köpük ve Pomza kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu çalışmanın amacı yeni bir alternatif ses yalıtım malzemesi üretmektir. Akrilik ve pomza taşı ise birbiri ile belirli bir oranda kuruma süresi de hesaba katılarak karıştırıldı. Kullanılan malzemeler ile 5 farklı numune tipi meydana getirilmiştir. Numunelerimizin tamamı laboratuvar ortamında ses empedans cihazında belirli frekanslarda ses geçiş kaybı işlemine tabi tutulmuştur. Çıkan sonuçların karşılaştırılması sonucunda 1 cm kalınlığında 5 katmandan oluşan numunemizde maksimum verim 21,7 dB olarak belirlenmiştir. Geliştirilmeye açık olan bu çalışmamızda ürün hazırlanması esnasında yeni teknolojik sistemlerin kullanılmasının verimimizi arttıracağı belirlenmiştir.

Noise pollution, which is described as disturbing voices, has unfortunately started to affect people in serious dimensions. Increased use of the vehicle, the proliferation of constructions and being the houses are almost intertwined with the industrial areas bring noise pollution up to the highest levels. The aim of our study is to produce a new sound insulation material against the noise which disturbs the people seriously by using of the pumice mine, which is found in our country and increasing in usage area and has both heat and sound insulation properties. The study has carried out by using Acrylic, EPS foam and Pumice stone. The purpose of this study was to product a new alternative noise insulation material. Acrylic and pumice stone have been mixed with each other in the process of adding a certain amount of time to dry. 5 different sample types were prepared with the materials. All samples were subjected to loss of sound transmission at certain frequencies in a sound-impedance device in a laboratory environment. As a result of the experimental results obtained, the maximum yield of our sample consisting of 5 layers of 1 cm thickness was determined as 21.7 dB. In our work which is open to development, it has been determined that the use of new technological systems will increase our productivity. The results which was obtained and the other studies in this area have been compared and suggestions have been made as the evaluation result.
