Türkiye'de yayılan Echium orientale L. , Echium vulgare L. , Echium angustifolium Miller ve Echium parviflorum Moench (Boraginaceae) türlerinin polen morfolojileri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Türkiye'de doğal olarak yetişen Boraginaceae familyasından Echium L. cinsine ait dört türün (E.orientale L. , E. vulgare L. , E. angustfolium Miller, E. parviflorum Moench) polen morfolojileri ışık (LM) ve taramalı elektron mikroskoplarında (SEM) incelenmiştir. Türler polen ornamentasyonları bakımından benzerlik göstermektedir. Yapılan çalışma sonucuna göre polen şekilleri bakımından türler ikiye ayrılmaktadır. Birinci guruptaki E. parviflorum türüne ait polen şekli oblate-sferoidal olup, ikinci guruptakilerden E. orientale, E. vulgare, E. angustfolium türlerinin polen şekilleri ise subprolate'dir. Çalışma sonucuna göre genellikle polenler heteropolar simetrili, trikolporate, yüzey ornamentasyonu ise granulate'dir.

In this study, pollen morphologies of four Echium L. species (E. orientale L. , E. vulgare L. , E. angustfolium Miller, E. parviflorum Moench) naturally distributed in Turkey were comparatively examined by using light microscopy (LM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Pollen ornamentations of four species were usually similar to each other. As a result of this study, species were divided two groups by means of pollen morphology. In the first group contains E. parviflorum has oblate-sferoidal and in the second groups contain E. orientale, E. vulgare, E. angustfolium subprolate. They are usually heteropolar, tricolporate, granulate.
