Türkiye' de yayılış gösteren bazı Globularia L.(Globulariaceae)türlerinin polen morfolojisi

Abstract

Türkiye'de yayılış gösteren, Globulariaceae familyasından Globularia L.cinsine ait G. davisiana O. Schwarz, G. anatolica A.Duran, Ö.Çetin & M.Öztürk, G. cordifolia L. ve G. dumulosa O. Schwarz türlerinin polen morfolojileri Işık (LM) ve Taramalı Elektron mikroskopunda (SEM) incelenmiştir. İnceleme sonucunda polen şekilleri bakımından türler iki guruba ayrılmaktadır. Birinci guruptakilerden G. davisiana türüne ait polen şekli oblate-sferoidal olup, ikinci guruptakilerden G. anatolica, G. cordifolia ve G. dumulosa türlerinin polen şekilleri ise subprolate'dir. Türlerin apertür tipleri genellikle trikolporat olup, ornamentasyonları scabrate- microperforate' dır. Çalışmanın amaçlarından birisi de, incelenen taksonların polen morfolojilerini ayrıntılı bir şekilde belirlemektir. Ayrıca Cinsle ilgili yapılacak olan taksonomik çalışmalara ve hazırlanacak olan Türkiye bitkileri polen atlasına veri oluşturmaktır.

In this study, pollen morphology of the species of the genus Globularia L. G. davisiana O. Schwarz, G. anatolica A.Duran, Ö.Çetin & M.Öztürk, G. cordifolia L. and G. dumulosa O. Schwarz, distributed in Turkey belong to Globulariaceae, were examined using Light (LM) and Scanning electron microscopy. The aims of this study is to determined the pollen morphology of the taxa in detailed. In addition, to prepare data relating to the genus and pollen atlas of Turkish plants. As a result of study, pollen shapes of the species are divided into two groups. One of them (G. davisiana), is oblate-spheroidal, and the others (G. anatolica, G. cordifolia and G. dumulosa) are subprolate. Apertures types of the species are tricolporate, and ornamentation of the taxa are usuallly scabratemicroperforate. The aims of this study is to determined the pollen morphology of the taxa in detailed. In addition, to prepare data relating to the genus and pollen atlas of Turkish plants.
