Oğuz Atay'ın roman ve öykülerinde psikolojik tipler

Abstract

Analitik psikolojinin kurucusu Carl Gustav Jung'un psikoloji araştırmaları klasik psikoloji ekollerinden farklı olarak bilinç ve bilinçdışının etkisiyle farklı tutumların görüldüğü kişilik tiplerini içerir. Jung çalışmasında sekiz farklı kişilik tipi belirler. Analitik psikoloji çalışmaları kapsamında edebiyat ve sanat eserlerinin incelemesini yapar. Edebî eserler kurguları açısından olay ve kişi eksenli oluşları ve toplumun bilinç düzeylerini yansıtmaları sebebiyle bireysel ve toplumsal ölçekte sanatçının psişik deneyimlerini içeren kültürel göstergelerdir. Türk edebiyatında Oğuz Atay, gerek kendine has üslubu gerek dili kullanmadaki ustalığı ile bireysel ve toplumsal deneyimlerini sanatçı duyarlılığı ile ortaya koyar. İki bölümden oluşan bu çalışma roman ve öykü yazımında yeni bir yöne eğilimin sembol ifadesi olan Oğuz Atay'ın roman ve öykülerinde yer alan kişiler dünyasının analitik psikoloji kuramından hareketle psikolojik tipler açısından incelenmesini içerir. Çalışmanın içeriğine göre giriş bölümünde edebiyat ve psikoloji arasındaki bağlamsal içerik değerlendirilmiş, birinci bölümde incelemeye esas teşkil edecek olan analitik psikoloji için kavramsal bir çerçeve oluşturularak öncelikle çalışmaları psikanalizin oluşumunda önemli yer tutan James G. Frazer'ın görüşlerine ve daha sonra derinlik psikolojisi alanında çalışma yapmış olan araştırmacıların kuramlarına yer verilmiş, ikinci bölümde ise roman ve öykü kişilerinin psikolojik tiplere göre incelemesi yapılmıştır. Çalışmadan elde edilen veriler sonuç bölümünde detaylı bir şekilde sunulmuştur.
