Algılanan sosyal desteğin sosyal girişimcilik eğilimi üzerindeki etkisi: Adil dünya inancının düzenleyici rolü

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, adil dünya inancının çeşitli düzeylerinde algılanan sosyal desteğin sosyal girişimcilik eğilimi üzerindeki etkilerini analiz etmektir. Araştırmanın örneklemini Nevşehir ilinde MEB' e bağlı ilkokul ve ortaokullarında yönetici olarak görev yapan öğretmenler oluşturmaktadır (n=210). Adil dünya inancının farklı düzeyleri çerçevesinde algılanan sosyal destek ve sosyal girişimcilik eğilimi üzerindeki etkiyi ortaya çıkarmak için veriler moderatör (düzenleyici) değişkenli regresyon analizi yardımıyla analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma bulgularına göre algılanan sosyal desteğin boyutlarından sadece aileden sağlanan sosyal destek ve arkadaştan sağlanan sosyal desteğin sosyal girişimcilik eğilimini pozitif etkilediği saptanmıştır. Bununla birlikte, algılanan sosyal desteğin sosyal girişimcilik eğilimini pozitif yönde etkilediği, ancak adil dünya inancının sosyal girişimcilik eğilimini negatif yönde etkilediği ortaya konmuştur. Ayrıca adil dünya inancının, algılanan sosyal destek ile sosyal girişimcilik eğilimi arasındaki ilişkide düzenleyici rolü oynamadığı saptanmıştır. Benzer şekilde adil dünya inancının boyutlarından hem genel adil dünya inancının hem de kişisel adil dünya inancının da, algılanan sosyal destek ile sosyal girişimcilik arasındaki ilişkide düzenleyici etkiye sahip olmadığı gözlenmiştir. Yine algılanan sosyal desteğin boyutları olan aileden sağlanan sosyal destek, arkadaştan sosyal destek ve özel kişiden sağlanan sosyal destek ile sosyal girişimcilik eğilimi arasındaki ilişkide de adil dünya inancının düzenleyici rolü oynamadığı tespit edilmiştir. Son olarak araştırmanın bazı kısıtları olduğu vurgulanmış, hem yönetici olarak görev yapan öğretmenlere ve herhangi diğer alanlarda faaliyet gösteren yöneticilere önerilerde bulunulmuş, hem de gelecekte benzer konularda yapılacak araştırmalara ilişkin birtakım öneriler sunulmuştur.

The aim of this study is to reveal the effect of perceived social support on social entrepreneurship orientation and the moderating role of the belief in a just world on the relationship between the variables. The sampling consists of teachers working as executives in primary and secondary schools affiliated to the Turkish Ministry of Educationin Nevşehir Province (n=210). The data were analyzed by the help of the moderated variable regression analyses in order to examine the effects of perceived social support on social entrepreneurship orientation in context of different levels of belief in a just world. According to the findings of research, it determined that only perceived support from the family and perceived support from the friend as the dimensions of perceived social support had apositive effect on social entrepreneurship orientation. However, it was stated that perceived social support had a positive effect on social entrepreneurship orientation in spite of the belief in a just world had a negative effect on it. Besides, it determined that the belief in a just world had no moderating role on the relationship between perceived social support and social entrepreneurship orientation. Similarly, it showed that both the general belief in a just world and the personal belief in a just world as the dimensions of belief in a just world had no moderating effect on the relationship between perceived social support and social entrepreneurship orientation. Finally, it emphasized that the study has some limitations, some suggestions both teachers working as executives and executives serving in other sectors and suggestions about the research to be done in similar topics in the future were presented.
