Uzman görüşleri doğrultusunda Türkiye’de yaşayan mülteci çocukların sorunlarına yönelik çözüm önerileri

Abstract

Göç ekonomik, politik, açlık, savaş, doğal afetler, salgın hastalıklar veya kıtlık gibi nedenlerden dolayı, zorunlu ya da isteyerek bulunulan coğrafyanın terk edilmesi durumu olarak ifade edilebilir. Mülteciler kendilerini güvende hissettikleri hedef ülke olarak, kendilerine en yakın coğrafyaya göçme eğilimindedirler. Suriye’den gelen Mülteci aileler öncelikle sınır komşusu ve gelişmekte olan ülkelerden biri olarak gördükleri Türkiye’ye, daha sonra da çeşitli Avrupa ülkelerine göç etmeyi istemektedirler. Göç sürecindeki olumsuz durumlardan şüphesiz en çok çocuklar etkilenmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı; uzman görüşlerine göre mülteci çocukların göç sürecinde ve sonrasında yaşadığı sorunları belirlemek ve genel anlamda çözüm önerileri sunmaya çalışmaktır. Çalışma nitel araştırma desenlerinden durum çalışmasına uygun olarak yürütülmüştür. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu mültecilere yönelik hizmet veren çeşitli kurum ve kuruluşlarda sosyolog, psikolog, yönetici ve eğitici olarak çalışan, alanında uzman ve gönüllü 14 kişi oluşturmuştur. Veriler açık uçlu anket formu ile online olarak toplanmıştır. Veriler içerik analizi yöntemiyle analiz edilmiştir. Öncelikle temalar belirlenmiş ve her temanın altına kodlamalar yapılarak listeler oluşturulmuştur. Sonuçlar başlıklar altında toplanmış ve genel öneriler sunulmuştur.

Migration can be defined as the compulsory or voluntary abandonment of the geography due to economic, political, hunger, war, natural disasters, epidemics or famine. Refugees tend to migrate to the geography closest to them as the destination country where they feel safe. Refugee families from Syria firstly want to migrate to Turkey which is border neighbor and one of the developing countries they see, then to various European countries. Children are undoubtedly affected by the negative situations in the migration process. The aim of this study is to determine the problems that refugee children have experienced during and after the migration process and to offer solutions in general terms according to the expert opinions. The study was conducted in accordance with the case study, one of the qualitative research designs. The study group ofthe study consisted of 14 volunteers working as sociologists, psychologists, managers and trainers in various institutions and organizations providing services for refugees. Data were collected online with an open-ended questionnaire. The data were analyzed by content analysis method. Firstly, themes were determined and codes were created under each theme and lists were formed. The results were grouped under the headings and general recommendations were presented.
