Bu araştırmanın amacı psikolojik sermayenin psikolojik personel güçlendirme ile psikolojik iyi oluş arasındaki ilişkide aracı rolünü analiz etmektir. Araştırmanın örneklemini Nevşehir ilinde faaliyet gösteren otel işletmeleri çalışanları oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma bulgularına göre psikolojik personel güçlendirmenin psikolojik iyi oluş üzerinde pozitif yönlü ve anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Benzer şekilde psikolojik personel güçlendirmenin özerklik ve etki boyutlarının da psikolojik iyi oluş üzerinde pozitif yönlü ve anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ancak psikolojik personel güçlendirmenin anlamlılık ve yeterlilik boyutlarının psikolojik iyi oluş üzerinde anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olmadıgi ortaya konulmuştur. Diger yandan psikolojik personel güçlendirmenin psikolojik sermaye üzerinde pozitif yönlü ve anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Benzer şekilde psikolojik sermayenin de psikolojik iyi oluş üzerinde pozitif yönlü anlamlı etkiye sahip olduğu ortaya konulmuştur. Son olarak psikolojik sermayeyinin, psikolojik personel güçlendirme ile psikolojik iyi ooluş arasındaki ilişkide aracı rolü oynadığı tespit edilmiştir.
The aim of this research is to analyze the mediating role of psychological capital in the relationship between psychological personnel empowerment and psychological well-being. The sample of the research consists of employees of hotel businesses operating in Nevşehir. According to the research findings, it has been determined that psychological personnel empowerment has a positive and significant effect on psychological well-being. Similarly, it has been determined that the autonomy and impact dimensions of psychological personnel empowerment have a positive and significant effect on psychological well-being. However, it has been revealed that the meaningfulness and adequacy dimensions of psychological personnel empowerment do not have a significant effect on psychological well-being. On the other hand, it has been determined that psychological personnel empowerment has a positive and significant effect on psychological capital. Similarly, it has been revealed that psychological capital has a positive and significant effect on psychological well-being. Finally, it has been determined that psychological capital plays a mediating role in the relationship between psychological employee empowerment and psychological well-being.
