20 numaralı(H.1339 /M.1921 - H.1343/M.1925) Nevşehir şer'iyye sicili transkripsiyon ve genel değerlendirme

Abstract

Osmanlı Tarihi'nin sosyal, siyasî, iktisadî, askerî, coğrafî, hukukî ve kültürel yönlerini ortaya koymak için yapılan bir çalışmanın, Şer'iyye Sicillerine bakılmadan hakkıyla ortaya konulamayacağı kanaatindeyiz.Tarihimize ait kaynaklar arasında şer'iyye sicilleri ön sırayı oluşturmaktadır. Sosyo-kültürel açıdan önemli bilgi ve kayıtlar içeren Osmanlı mahkeme kayıtları, geçmişi günümüze yansıtan kıymetli yazılı kaynaklardandır. Bu mahkeme kayıtları, yerel farklılıkları ve genel tespitleri ortaya koymaları bakımından önem arz eder.Şer'iyye sicilleri ait oldukları yerlerin içtimaî, idari, mali, sosyal, vb. yönleri aydınlatmada önem arz ederler. Özellikle şehir tarihinin aydınlatılmasında büyük önem taşırlar. Çalışmamızda Nevşehir'in iktisadî, içtimaî, idarî yönlerini kapsamış olduğu dönemler içinde ortaya koymaya çalıştık.Çalışmamızda Nevşehir iline ait olan 20 numaralı defterin transkripsiyonunu ve değerlendirmesini yaptık. Defterimiz Hicri 1339-1343 tarihleri arasını kapsamaktadır. Defterdeki kayıtlar vasi tayini, vekil tayini, miras ve tereke taksimi, evlenme ve boşanma, kassam ve mütevelli tayini, seferberlik, harb-i umumi gibi konuları kapsamaktadır.Nevşehir halkı ve ilgi duyan diğer insanlara bizzat eldeki defterde yer alan bilgiler ışığında yansıtarak bilgileri paylaşmak amacıyla yapılacak bir çalışma olmuştur.Anahtar Kelimeler: Kadı, Nevşehir, Şer'iyye Sicili, Osmanlı, Mahkeme Kayıtları.

We are in the opinion that a survey on putting forward the social, economical, governmental, military, geographical, judicial and cultural aspects of the Ottoman cannot be done thoroughly without searches on Şer?iyye Sicils (Court Registers).We call on the resources constitute the front row of the Shari'a Court Records. Socio-cultural aspects of the Ottoman court records contain important information and records, history is one of today reflects the valuable written sources. This court records, local detection revealed differences in terms of general significance.Şeriyye of the social standing of where they belong, administrative, financial, social, etc.. aspects of lighting is important. Are especially important in light of the history of the city. In our study of Nevsehir economic, social and administrative aspects have tried to put in his time.No.20 in our study belong to the province of Nevsehir and evaluation of the notebook we have transcribed. Our record book comprise the dates between A.H.1339-1343.
