Zelotes segrex (Simon,1878) (Araneae: Gnaphosidae) türünün sitogenetik özelliklerinin araştırılması

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Gnaphosidae familyasına ait Zelotes segrex (Simon, 1878) türünün karyotip analizi ilk defa araştırılmıştır. Türün diploid kromozom sayısı, eşey kromozom sistemi, kromozom morfolojisi ile birlikte, kromozomların mayoz bölünme esnasındaki davranışları incelenmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda diploid kromozom sayısı ve eşey kromozom sistemi 2n♂=22 (X1X2♂/ X1X1X2X2♀) şeklinde olduğu belirlenmiştir. Kromozom morfolojisinin telosentrik tipte olduğu ve kromozomların relatif uzunluklarının kademeli olarak azalış gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir.

In this study, karyotype analysis of the Zelotes segrex (Simon, 1878) species belonging to the Gnaphosidae family was investigated for the first time. The number of diploid chromosomes of the species, the sexual chromosome system, chromosome morphology, as well as the behavior of chromosomes during meiosis were studied. As a result of the study, it was determined that the number of diploid chromosomes and the sexual chromosome system are in the form of 2n ♂ =22 (X1X2♂/ X1X1X2X2♀). It has been determined that the chromosome morphology is of the telocentric type and the relative lengths of the chromosomes show a gradual decrease.
