Xi Jinping liderliğinde Çin’in Covid-19 politikası: İnsanlık için ortak gelecek topluluğu

Abstract

Covid-19 salgını, ekonomik ve siyasi açıdan bütün ülkeleri önemli ölçüdeetkilemiştir. Salgın Çin’de başladığı için Çin, hem salgından etkilenmiş hemde salgınla mücadelede en önemli ülke olmuştur. Çin lideri Xi Jinping’in salgınsürecindeki rolü ve etkinliği de bu çerçevede öne çıkmaktadır. Xi’nin Çin’i küreselbir güç yapma hedefi bu süreçte önemli bir sınav vermiştir. Çin tarafından yaratılan“insanlık için ortak gelecek topluluğu (人类命运共同体)” kavramı Çin’in Covid-19ile mücadelesinde yaygın bir şekilde kullanılmıştır. Bu çerçevede çalışmadaöncelikle “insanlık için ortak gelecek topluluğu” kavramı detaylı bir şekildeele alınmıştır. Sonraki bölümde Xi’nin salgınla mücadelesindeki politikaları vesöylemleri incelenmiştir. Son bölümde ise, Xi’nin salgın sürecindeki politikalarınayönelik eleştiriler gösterilmiştir. Böylece çalışma özellikle Xi’ye odaklanmaktave Xi’nin salgınla mücadelesini” ortak gelecek topluluğu” kavramı çerçevesindedeğerlendirmektedir. Sonuç olarak çalışmada, Xi’nin salgın sürecinde bu kavramıdiğer ülkelere aktarabildiği ve salgınla mücadelede genel anlamda başarılı birsınav verdiği gösterilmeye çalışılmıştır.

The Covid-19 epidemic has significantly affected all countries both economically and politically. Since the epidemic started in China, China was both affected by the epidemic and became the most important country in the fight against the epidemic. The role and effectiveness of Chinese leader Xi Jinping in the epidemic process also come to the fore in this context. Xi’s goal of making China a global power has given an important test in this process. The concept of “community of common future for humanity (人类命运共同体)” created by China has been widely used in China’s fight against Covid-19. In this framework, the concept of “community of the common future for humanity” is discussed in detail in the study. In the next section, Xi’s policies and discourses in the fight against the epidemic are examined. In the last section, criticisms of Xi’s policies during the epidemic process are shown. Thus, the study focuses specifically on Xi and evaluates Xi’s fight against the epidemic within the framework of the concept of “common future community”. As a result, the study, it was tried to show that Xi was able to transfer this concept to other countries during the epidemic and gave a successful test in the fight against the epidemic in general.
