dc.description.abstract |
The labor-intensive nature of hotel managements has made human resources important. Leadership behavior can play an important role in employees' organizational commitment and intention to leave. For this reason, it is necessary to know the relationship between leadership behavior and employees organizational commitment and intention to leave. In addition, the relationship between these variables for hotel managers is important for determining the effect of leadership behaviors on employee organizational commitment and intent to leave. The aim of this study is to determine the relation between leadership behaviors and employees organizational commitment and intention to leave. In this study, a questionnaire was conducted to 120 employees working in 5 star hotels in Istanbul. Data were evaluated using statistical analyzes and discussed in the conclusion. |
