Nevşehir ili merkez Karşıdağ mevkii Apis mellifera (Insecta: Hymenoptera: Apidae) taksonu biyoekolojisi ve morfolojisi üzerine araştırma

Abstract

Bu çalışma; Nevşehir ili merkez Karşıdağ Mevkii lokalizasyonunda mevcut, Apis mellifera L.) taksonunun bazı morfolojik-taksonomik karakterlerinin, ekolojik verilerle etkileşim süreçlerinin belirlenmesi amacı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. 2020 yılı Mart- Kasım ayları sürecinde farklı tarihlerde yakalanıp toplanan örneklerin morfolojik ölçümleri yapılmış, ölçüm sonuçları birbirleriyle ve ekolojik verilerle kıyaslanarak sonuçların değişkenler arasındaki ilişki durumları tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Tez çalışmamız kapsamında kullanılan 11 farklı morfolojik karakter karşılaştırılmıştır. Çalışmamızda 5 farklı ekolojik veri kullanılmıştır. SPSS programı ile yapılan regresyon analizi sonucunda 165 tane karşılaştırma incelenmiştir. Tez çalışması sonucunda ekolojik faktörlerin morfolojik değerlerle etkileşimi bakımından mevsimsel bazda en etkili olan mevsim ilkbahardır. En etkin ekolojik değer pozitif anlamda sıcaklık, negatif anlamda ise basınçtır. En çok etkilenen morfolojik değer ön kanat 2. bölüm olarak tespit edilmiştir.

This study was carried out with the aim of determining some morphological-taxonomic characters and interaction processes with ecological data of the taxon Apis mellifera L.) located in the central Karşıdağ region of Nevşehir. In the period of March-November 2020, measurements were made of the samples that were caught and collected on different dates, the measurement results were compared with each other and with the ecological data, and the relationship between the results and the variables was tried to be determined. 11 different morphological characters used within the scope of our thesis study were compared. In our study, 5 different ecological data were used. As a result of the regression analysis made with the SPSS program, 165 comparisons were examined. As a result of the thesis study, the most effective season on a seasonal basis in terms of the interaction of ecological factors with morphological values is spring. The most effective ecological value is temperature in positive sense and pressure in negative sense. The most affected morphological value was determined as the 2nd part anterior wind.
