Bolkar Dağları bazı yüksek irtifa göllerinin sucul bentik makroomurgasız faunası

Abstract

Bu tez çalışması kapsamında Bolkar Dağları'nda bulunan bazı yüksek irtifa göllerinin bentik makroomurgasız faunası ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu kapsamda toplamda 6 gölde (Yazıgöl, Yarıkgöl, Otlugöl, İsimsiz Göl, Eğrigöl, Alagöl) 2019 yılı Ağustos ayında örnekleme yapılmıştır. Elde edilen bentoz örnekleri elenerek mümkün olan en düşük sistematik kategoriye kadar teşhis edilmiştir. Teşhisler sonucunda 8 takıma (Diptera, Coleoptera, Trichoptera, Rhynchobdellida, Haplotaksida, Sphaeriida, Hygrophila ve Hemiptera), 8 familya ve 22 cinse mensup toplam 23 taksa tespit edilmiştir. Toplam 4971 birey incelenmiş olup bunlar içerisinde en fazla birey sayısına sahip olan tür Yarıkgöl, İsimsiz Göl, Eğrigöl ve Alagöl'de tespit edilen Tubifex tubifex'tir. Bu türün birey sayısı 3414 olup toplam tür sayısının %68,68'ini oluşturmaktadır. Agabus biguttatus türü yalnızca Alagöl'de (1 birey), Bothrioneurum vejdovskyanum türü ise yalnızca Otlugöl'de (1 birey) tespit edilmiştir. Bollukları dikkate alındığında ise en bol olarak bulunun tür Eğrigöl istasyonunda T. tubifex olarak tespit edilmiş olup 2900 birey ile toplam biyokütlenin %92,03'sini tek başına oluşturduğu görülmüştür. Göllerde tespit edilen türlerin kirlilik toleransları dikkate alındığında tür kompozisyonunun genellikle temiz su indikatörü hassas veya öritip türlerden oluştuğu tespit edilmiştir.

Within the scope of this thesis, the benthic macroinvertebrate fauna of some high altitude lakes in the Bolkar Mountains was tried to be revealed. In this context, a total of 6 lakes (Yazıgöl, Yarıkgöl, Otlugöl, Nameless Lake, Eğrigöl and Alagöl) were sampled in August 2019. The obtained benthos samples were sieved and identified to the lowest possible systematic category. As a result of the diagnosis, a total of 23 taxa belonging to 8 teams (Diptera, Coleoptera, Trichoptera, Rhynchobdellida, Haplotaxida, Sphaeriida, Hygrophila and Hemiptera), 8 families and 22 genera were identified. A total of 4971 individuals were examined, and the species with the highest number of individuals among them is Tubifex tubifex, which was detected in Yarikgöl, Nameless Lake, Eğrigöl and Alagöl. The number of individuals of this species is 3414 and it constitutes 68.68% of the total number of species. Agabus biguttatus was detected only in Alagöl (1 individual), and Bothrioneurum vejdovskyanum species was detected only in Otlugöl (1 individual). Considering their abundance, the most abundant species was determined as T. tubifex in Eğrigöl station and it was observed that it alone constitutes 92.03% of the total biomass with 2900 individuals. Considering the pollution tolerance of the species detected in the lakes, it was determined that the species composition generally consisted of species that were sensitive to clean water indicators or had high tolerance.
