Kur'an'da hikmet kavramı

Abstract

In this article, one of the Qur'anic terms, wisdom, which expresses scientific and ideational aspects of the lslamic intellectual tradition will be analyzed. Wisdom is both a "given" and "learned" type of knowledge. It is not given only for prophets, but also for other people. Wisdom is a coordination of deep and comprehensive grasping and konwledge-action, as well as being a special kind of knowledge. Being.evaluated.through Qur'anic integrity, it is understood that wisdom is true belief, right work and true thinking skill. By this respect, the divine inspiration expressed by prophets contains wisdom. Wisdom includes all true belief, right work and wealthy thoughts which can be both inspired or not. It is understood from the general theme of verses thıat wisdom is a mental gift, and being qualified by it, one can arrive at a true decision, have strong and sound sight, take into account the goodness and truth in ones speech and behavior.
