Özet:

The gnaphosid spider species, Marjanus platnicki (Zhang, Song & Zhu, 2001) is recorded for the first time from Turkey. Its general habitus and genitalia are illustrated. Description and collecting data of this species are also given. Also, genus Marjanus Chatzaki, 2018 is recorded for the first time from Turkey.
