İslami açıdan stratejik liderlik ve özellikleri

Abstract

Strateji ve lider kavramları günümüzün yönetimi açısından en önemli kavramlarıdır. Liderin, bu kavramları birleştirerek ve uygulama safhasına koyarak yani liderin, vizyon sahibi oluşu, planlanan faaliyetlerle ilgili oluşabilecek ihtimalleri; risk-maliyet-zaman-birey-fayda analizi eşiğinde değerlendirip ekibini bu doğrultuda koordine ve disipline ederek kısa ve uzun vadede en verimli sonuca ulaşmayı hedefleyen yapı karakteri bize stratejik liderliği sunar. Organizmaların en küçüğünden en büyüğüne kadar işleyişin yürütülmesindeki görevini yönetim üstlenir ve yürütmeyi icra ederken aynı zamanda yönetimi altında bulunanlara karşı sorumluluğu da beraberinde yüklenir. Lider olan ise bu yönetimin bu organizmayı idare edişinin planlayıcısı, örgütleyicisi, koordinatörü ve denetimcisidir. Lider, yönetişimi ekibiyle birlikte yapar. Liderin belli kriterler üzerinde olması ve bu bağlamda yönetişim sergilemesi gerekmektedir. Doğruluk, dürüstlük, adalet, istişare, sözünde durma etik değerleriyle hareket edilmesi tüm liderlerden beklenen davranış modelleridir. Ayrıca lider; yönettiği topluma, korumacı ve yüceltici tarafıyla yaklaşmalıdır. Bu çalışmada stratejik liderlik kavramına İslami açıdan yaklaşılmış ve İslamın konuya bakışı literatür taramasından faydalanılarak ele alınmıştır. Bu bakış açısıyla şu sorular cevaplandırılmaya çalışılmıştır. Günümüz dünyasında stratejik yönetimi bakış açısı; etkinlik verimlilik, liderlik ve yönetim açısından nasıl ve ne şekilde olmalı? Hangi değerleri taşımalı? Yönetimi altındakilere ne şekilde davranmalı? Bu çalışmanın İslami bakış açısıyla yönetim ve liderlik kuramlarının gelişimine ve anlaşılmasına katkıda bulunacağı düşünülmektedir.

The concepts of strategy and leader are the most important concepts for today's management. By combining these concepts and putting them into practice, that is to say, the leader's vision, and the possibilities that may occur with the planned activities as the structure character, which aims to reach the most efficient result in the short and long term by evaluating the risk-cost-time-individual-benefit analysis and coordinating and disciplining the team accordingly, offers us strategic leadership. The management takes over the task of carrying out the functioning of the smallest to the largest organisms and carries out the responsibility for those under its management. The leader is the planner, organizer, coordinator and supervisor of the management of this organism. The leader makes governance with its team. Leader to be on certain criteria and in this context it is necessary to demonstrate governance. Acting with the ethical values of honesty, honesty, fairness, consultation, and adherence are the behavior models expected from all leaders. In addition that, the leader must be approach the society it manages with its protective and uplifting side. In this study, the concept of strategic leadership is approached from an Islamic point of view and Islam 's view of the subject is discussed through the literature review. From this perspective, the following questions were tried to be answered. Strategic management perspective in today's world; how and in what way should efficiency be in terms of productivity, leadership and management? Which values should it carry? How should he treat those under his direction? It is thought that this study will contribute to the development and understanding of management and leadership theories from an Islamic perspective.
