Öz
Konuyu deskriptif yöntemle ele alan bu makalenin amacı, Nasȋrüddin Tȗsi'nin
adalet erdemi ile ilgili görüşlerini tasvir etmektir. Tȗsi'ye göre insanın yetkinliği
ve erdemli oluşu düşünme kuvvesine havale edilmişse de bu bağlamda dinin özel
bir yeri vardır. Tȗsi, ahlak eğitiminde diğer ilimleri öğrenmekle birlikte, İlahi kanuna
boyun eğmek gerektiğini ve eğitimde dinin merkeze alınmasının şart olduğunu
düşünür. Tȗsi'ye göre adalet, diğer erdemlerin birleşmesinden oluşan bir
erdem olmasının yanı sıra, aynı zamanda yalın ve kendi başına bir erdemdir.
Tȗsi, erdem gibi soyut bir konuyu tasvir ederken, somut örnekler vermektedir.
Bunu yaparken geometrik şekiller üzerinden "daire ve merkezi" örneğine yer verir.
Adaleti dairenin merkezindeki çevreye en uzak olan noktaya yerleştirerek,
onun çevresinde bulunan sayısız noktaların da erdemsizliği ifade ettiğini söyler.
Ortadan uzaklaşma, sadece nicelik itibariyle bir uzaklaşma olmayıp, ayrıca nitelik
itibariyle de olabilir. Gerek nicelik gerekse nitelik şeklinde bir uzaklaşma, nefsin
kuvvelerinde ortaya çıkan bir düzensizliği ifade etmektedir ki bu da zulümdür.
Abstract
The purpose of this article which uses the descriptive method is to describe the
views of Nasȋrüddin Tȗsi about justice virtue. According to Tȗsi, the competence
and being virtuous of man has been referred to mind power, but religion has a
special place in this context. Tȗsithinks that it is necessary to obey the divine law
and that religion must be taken to the center in moral education, besides learning
other sciences. According toTȗsi, justice is a virtue of the union of other virtues,
it is also a lean and self-virtue (without unity of the other virtues). while
describing an abstract subject such as virtue, Tȗsi gave concrete examples. In doing
so, he gives an example through the geometric shape "circle and its center". By
placing the justice at the farthest point in the center of the circle, he says that innumerable points which are in around this circle mean persecutions (injustice).
Get away from the center to around can be not only in quantity but also
in quality. Getting away from both quality and quantity means an irregularity
that arises in the forces of the self, which is also persecution (injustice).
