Abstract:
Differences between generations have been a subject that draws organizations,
practitioners, and researchers’ attention increasingly in recent years. At that point,
it can be mentioned about many reasons such as defining the working conditions
that affect the behaviours and attitudes among young generation in a positive
manner, directing people from different generations in a workplace, adapting the
workplace to the diversity of generation in a better way, and attracting new talents
and keep them enthusiastic about the work.
