Özet:
The aim of this study is to reveal the effects of corporate entrepreneurship on business performance, and two alternative models are developed to explain these effects. The research of this study has been conducted 140 respondents of Istanbul Stock Exchange Firms. Developed Models and hypothesis are analysed by means of the structural equation modelling (SEM) using LISREL. According to research findings, it is determined that three dimensions including innovativeness, proactiveness, and risk taking affected the financial performances of business in a positive way. Moreover, it is concluded that there is no effect of the other dimensions such as autonomy and competitive aggressiveness on the financial performances of business.
