Bu çalışmada, Türkiye ile AB üyesi 15 ülkenin rekabet güçleri,
globalleşme indeksi yardımıyla belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca, tekli faktör analizi
yardımıyla Gümrük Birliği sürecinin ülkelerin globalleşmesi üzerindeki etkisi
analiz edilmiştir.
Globalleşme indeksi sonuçlarına göre, Belçika&Lüksembuıg, İrlanda
ve Hollanda üst sıralarda, Almanya, İngiltere ve Fransa ise alt sıralarda yer
almıştır. Tekli faktör analizi sonuçlarına göre, göreceli olarak en globalleşmiş
ülkenin Fransa olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Diğer taraftan Gümrük Birliği
sürecinin Türkiye'nin globalleşmesini olumlu yönde etkilediği belirlenmiştir.
In this study, competitive powers of Turkcy and 15 countries which are
members of EU are determined by the help of globalization index. Moreover,
the effect of Custom Union process on globalization of the countries is
analyzed by means of a single factor analysis.
According to the results of globalization index, Belgİum& Luxemburg,
Ireland and Netherlands take place at upper levels of the ranking; while
Germany, England and France take place at lower levels of the rank. Taking
into consideration the results of a single factor analysis, France is ranked as
the most globalized country rclatively. On the other hand, it is stated that
Custom Union process affects the globalization of Turkey positively.
