Abstract:
Destinasyonlarda yer alan milli parklar, benzersiz deneyimler elde etmek isteyen ziyaretçilerin ilgisini çekmektedir. Milli parklarda gerçekleştirilen açık hava rekreasyon faaliyetlerinin artış göstermesi, bu alanlara yönelik talebi ciddi oranda artırmaktadır. Milli parklarda gerçekleştirilen rekreasyon faaliyetlerinden elde edilen deneyimlerin destinasyondan elde edilen memnuniyet düzeyi ve destinasyona yönelik sadakati etkilediği yapılan birçok çalışmada ortaya konmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, açık hava rekreasyon alanlarından biri olan Munzur Vadisi Milli Parkı’nı ziyaret eden ziyaretçilerin elde ettikleri rekreasyon deneyimleri, destinasyon memnuniyeti ve sadakati arasındaki ilişkinin ortaya konmasıdır. Araştırmanın amacına ulaşmak için, nicel araştırma yöntemlerinde sıklıkla kullanılan anket yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini, Munzur Vadisi Milli Parkı ziyaretçileri oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma sonucunda, elde edilen bulgular tartışılacak destinasyon yöneticilerine ve araştırmacılara öneriler sunulmuştur. The increase in open-air recreation activities in national parks increases the demand for these areas seriously. It is examined in many studies that the experience obtained from the recreational activities performed in the national parks is affected by the level of satisfaction obtained from the destination and the loyalty towards the destination. The aim of this study is to determine the impact of the experience of visiting the Munzur Valley National Park, one of the open-air recreational areas, on destination satisfaction and loyalty. Survey method which is frequently used in quantitative research methods was used in the research. The universe of the research is composed of visitors to Munzur Valley National Park. In conclusion, findings were discussed and some proposals were made
