Bu çalışmada, atamaları kadıaskerlerin sorumluluğunda bulunan kadı ve müderrislerin 1756-1776 dönemindeki istihdam süreci ele alınmıştır. Ulemânın mesleğe girişte tâbi olduğu mülâzemet sistemi incelenerek görev yaptığı Rumeli, Anadolu ve Mısır'da tayin aşamalarının kapsamlı bir şekilde ortaya konulması hedeflenmektedir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda ulemânın mesleki kariyeri ile ilgili bilgilerin kayıtlı bulunduğu Rumeli ve Anadolu kadıasker ruznâmçe defterleri temel veri kaynağı olarak kullanılmıştır. Ana kaynak olarak belirlenen Rumeli kadıasker ruznâmçelerinde mülâzım kayıtları, kazâ tevcihatı ve İstanbul medreselerine ait atama kayıtları bulunurken, Anadolu ruznâmçelerinde ise medrese atamalarına yer verilmeyip sadece Anadolu ve Mısır kazâ tevcihleri yer almaktadır. Bundan dolayı analizler, söz konusu verilerin çizdiği sınırlar çerçevesinde yapılmıştır. Takip edilen metot ile ruznâmçelerden elde edilen bilgiler kendi içerisinde ve önceki dönemlerle mukayese edilerek bir tarih anlatısına dönüştürülmüştür. Çalışmada öncelikle mülâzım kayıtlarından elde edilen bulgular ile mülâzım olma yöntemleri, mülâzımların sayısı ve sosyal kökenleri gibi hususlar etraflıca açıklanmıştır. Daha sonra kadıların görev yaptıkları kazâ bölgeleri ele alınarak çıkarımlarda bulunulmuştur. Atanan kadılarla ilgili istihdam aşamaları Rumeli, Anadolu ve Mısır özelinde değerlendirilerek benzerlik ve farklılıklarına dikkat çekilmiştir. Bunun yanı sıra müderrislerin tayin süreci takip edilerek kariyer aşamaları, görev yaptıkları medreseler, görev süreleri ve sosyal kökenleri gibi noktalar aydınlatılmaya çalışılmıştır.
In this study, the employment process of kadis and mudarris, whose appointments are under the responsibility of kadiaskers, in the period 1756-1776 is discussed. It is aimed to comprehensively reveal the stages of appointment in Rumelia, Anatolia and Egypt, where they worked, by examining the mulazemet system that the ulema was subject to when entering the profession. For this purpose, Rumeli and Anadolu kadıasker ruznâmçe notebooks, in which information about the professional career of the ulema are recorded, were chosen as the main data source. While the Rumelian kadıasker ruznâmçes, which are determined as the main source, contain mulâzım records, accident registration and assignment records for Istanbul madrasas, in Anatolian ruznâms, there are no madrasah assignments and only Anatolian and Egyptian accident assignments are included. Therefore, the analyzes were made within the limits drawn by the data in question. With the method followed, the information obtained from the ruznâmçe was transformed into a historical narrative in itself and by comparing it with the previous periods. In the study, first of all, the findings obtained from the necessary records, the methods of being a must, the number of the musts and their social origins are explained in detail. Afterwards, inferences were made by considering the districts where the kadis worked. The employment stages of the appointed kadis were evaluated in Rumelia, Anatolia and Egypt, and attention was drawn to their similarities and differences. In addition, by following the appointment process of the professors, points such as their career stages, the madrasas they served, their terms of office and their social origins were tried to be clarified.
