Bu çalışmada, endüstriyel yüzey taşlama makinelerinin çalışmasının PLC ile kontrol edilerek hızlı, otomatik ve daha verimli yapılması hedeflenmiştir. Endüstriyel makinelerin hızlı ve otomatik çalışması, çağımızda iş gücünün daha verimli kullanılması bakımından çok önemlidir. Bu da, sistemlerin otomatik kontrollerini sağlayan PLC programlarıyla veya benzer temelleri olan işlemcilerle yapılabilir. Bu sayede işlemler otomatik olarak yapıldığı için daha kaliteli işler ortaya çıkacaktır. Sistem, G kodlarını okuyamadığı için, NC olarak çalışmaktadır. Sistemin oluşturulmasında Mitsubishi PLC ve GTWorks-3 programı kullanılmıştır. Cihazların harberleşmesi MODBUS protokolü ile sağlanmıştır. Haberleşme haricinde PLC üzerinde 16 giriş ve 14 çıkış kullanılmıştır. Bunların dışında spindle sürücüsü üzerinde 2 analog ve giriş 1 analog çıkış da mevcuttur. Eksen sürücüleri enkoderli ve Modbus üzerinden PLC ile haberleşerek çalışmaktadır. Makine üzerine, makine bilgilerini ve dış ortam bilgilerini göstermesi için sensörler yerleştirilmiştir. Çalışma dâhilinde temel başlıklar şu şekildedir; Universal makineler incelenmiş, eksikleri ve ihtiyaçları tespit edilmiştir. Bu ihtiyaçlardan en önemlisi olan ve PLC kontrolü ile çalışan makinelerde yüksek fiyatlara mal edilen otomatik taş bilemenin algoritması oluşturulmuştur. PLC kontrollü yapılacak makinenin yapılması için bir yol gösterici olan elektrik projesi çizilmiştir. Kontrol için gerekli giriş ve çıkışlar tespit edilerek PLC programı oluşturulmuştur. PLC kontrolünü operatörün yapabilmesi için gerekli arayüz programı oluşturulmuştur. Bu kapsamda yapılan makinede %33 zaman tasarrufu ve işleme yüzeyinde yüksek pürüssüzlük değerleri elde edilmiştir. PLC'ye girilen veriler yardımıyla makinede çabucak arıza tespiti yapılabilir hale gelmiştir. Otomatik taş bileme sayesinde makinede daha hızlı aşındırıcı hazırlığı yapılabildiği için bu bakımdan da önemli ölçüde zaman tasarrufu sağlanmıştır.
In this study, it is aimed to make the operation of industrial surface grinding machines fast, automatic and more efficient by controlling with PLC. Fast and automatic operation of industrial machines is very important in terms of more efficient use of labor in our age. This can be done with PLC programs that provide automatic control of the systems or with processors with similar foundations. In this way, since the processes are done automatically, better quality works will emerge. Since the system cannot read G codes, it works as NC. Mitsubishi PLC and GTWorks-3 program were used in the creation of the system. The communication of the devices is provided with the MODBUS protocol. Except for communication, 14 outputs and 16 inputs are used on the PLC. Apart from these, there are 2 analog inputs and 1 analog output on the Spindle driver. Axis drivers have encoder and work by communicating with PLC over Modbus protocol. Sensors are placed on the machine to show the external environment and machine information. The main topics within the study are as follows; • Universal machines were examined, their deficiencies and needs were determined. • The algorithm of automatic sharpening, which is the most important of these needs, and which is costed at high prices for machines working with PLC control, was created. • The electrical project, which is a guide for the construction of the PLC-controlled machine, has been drawn. • The necessary inputs and outputs for the control were determined and the PLC program was created. • The necessary interface program has been created for the operator to control the PLC. In this context, 33% time savings and high smoothness values on the processing surface have been achieved in the machine made. With the help of the data entered into the PLC, it has become possible to quickly detect the fault in the machine. Since grinder preparation can be done faster in the machine thanks to automatic grinder sharpening, significant time savings have been achieved in this respect as well.
