Türkiye’de ekonominin gelişmesiyle birlikte sağlık sektöründe özellikle de
hastanelerde yatırım harcamaları artmıştır. Sağlık sektöründe yatırım harcamaları
artışı, yapılan yatırımların verimli olup olmadığı, hastane hizmetlerini geliştirip
geliştirmediği ve hizmet kalitesini etkileyip etkilemediği hususunun sorgulanmasına
neden olmuştur. Bu açıdan özellikle hasta odaklı hizmetin ön planda tutulduğu
hastanelerde, hem hastalar hem de çalışanlardan görüşler alınarak, bu görüş ve
öneriler doğrultusunda iyileştirmeler yapılmaktadır. Problemin etkin bir şekilde
çözülmesini sağlamak olan bu öneri sistemlerinde, alınan geri bildirimler hizmetin
iyileştirilmesi için etkili birer araçtır. Bu amaçla Afyon Kocatepe Üniversitesi
(AKÜ) Hastanesi çalışanlarına hastanede yapılan yatırım harcamalarının hastane
hizmetleri ve hizmet kalitesine etkileri üzerine hazırlanan anket soruları sorulmuştur.
Yapılan analiz sonuçlarında çalışanlar arasında, yatırım harcamalarının hastane
hizmetleri ve hastane hizmet kalitesi üzerine etkisi açısından anlamlı farklılıkların
olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
With the development of the economy in the health sector in Turkey has
increased investment spending, particularly in hospitals. Increasing the investments
in health sector is caused to discuss if these investments are productive or not,
effects quality of service or not, develops hospital service or not. For this reason
expecially hospitals which are taken in to account on patient- centered services,
improvements are made in accordance with these ideas and advices with taking
ideas from both patients and employees. This proposal is to build effective systems
to resolve the problem, one effective tool for improving service to the feedback received. For this purpose, survey which is about the effects of investments
expenditure on service and services quality, asked to the staff of Afyon Kocatepe
University (AKÜ). In the results it was found that there are significant differences in
terms of effects on hospital services and services quality between employees in
hospital.
