Abstract:
Republic of Turkey and Germany signed in 1961, “Turkish Labor Agreement” began after the first official Turkish immigration to Europe. Working for Turkish citizens who migrate to Europe over Turkey failed to develop a comprehensive policy for the first time in the first stage even though the workers were found in the advice and recommendation will go to Europe. The main argument of our study is shaped around this advice and advice. Screening assay results for Turkish Employment Agency prepared by counsel and etiquette booklets and brochures were used. In addition, recommendations and statements of government officials were used. State officials, advising the workers who will migrate to work in Europe, stated that the expatriates represent the Turkish nation
and the country abroad, and therefore, they should continue their business with diligence and seriousness. Turkish workers will migrate to the friendly advice given by Turkish Employment Agency. In these advices, it is expressed to be clean, serious, gentle and straightforward. In these advices, it is emphasized that every work and behavior in a foreign country will be attributed to Turkishness, not to the individual, the honor of the flag should not be forgotten, and not to deviate from faith.
