Bu çalışmanın amacı, kişi-örgüt uyumu ile psikolojik sermaye arasındaki ilişkiyi sağlık sektöründe araştırmaktır. Araştırmanın örneklemini 2019 yılı şubat ve mart ayı içinde Kayseri ilindeki özel hastanelerde çalışan personel oluşturmaktadır (n=485). Araştırmada Luthans, Avolio, Avey ve Norman (2007) tarafından geliştirilmiş, Türkçe 'ye uyarlaması Çetin ve Basım (2012) tarafından yapılmış "Psikolojik Sermaye Ölçeği" ile Netemeyer, Boles, McKee ile McMurrian (1997) tarafından geliştirilip Türkçe 'ye uyarlaması Elçi ve arkadaşları (2008) tarafından yapılmış "Kişi-örgüt uyumu ölçeği" kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde t testi, Varyans analizi, Açıklayıcı ve Doğrulayıcı Faktör Analizi ile Regresyon analizi yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın bulgularına göre; kişi-örgüt uyumunun psikolojik sermaye ve alt bileşenleri olan umut, öz yeterlilik, iyimserlik ve dayanıklılık kavramları ile pozitif yönlü ve anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir.Son olarak çalışmanın bazı kısıtları olduğu belirtilmiş ve gelecekte bu konuda araştırma yapacaklara bazı öneriler sunulmuştur. The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between person-organization fit and psychological capital in the health sector. The sample of the study consisted of personnel working in private hospitals in Kayseri in February and March 2019 (n = 485). "Psychological capital scale" developed by Luthans, Avolio, Avey and Norman (2007) and adapted to Turkish by Cetin and Baski (2012) and "Person-organization fit scale" developed by Netemeyer, Boles, McKee and McMurrian (1997) and adapted to Turkish by Elci et al. (2008) were used in this study. A total of 900 questionnaires were left to the private hospitals and there was a return of 512 questionnaires. The questionnaires of 485 participants who completed the questionnaires were taken into consideration. In the analysis of the data, t-test, analysis of variance, explanatory and confirmatory factor analysis and regression analysis were conducted. As a result of the study, it has been found that person-organization fit is a positive and meaningful relationship with the sub-components of psychological capital, which are hope, self-efficacy, optimism and resilience.
