İnovasyonun örgütsel performans üzerindeki etkisinde çevresel belirsizliğin düzenleyici rolünü belirlemek amacıyla hazırlanan bu çalışma, teori ve uygulama olmak üzere iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. İlk bölümde, araştırmanın temel değişkenleri olan inovasyon, algılanan çevresel belirsizlik ve örgütsel performans kavramları ve bu kavramlar arasındaki ilişkiler detaylı bir şekilde ele alınmıştır. İkinci bölümde ise araştırmanın metedolojisi ve araştırma bulgularına yer verilmiştir. Araştırmanın örneklem çerçevesini, Türkiye'de faaliyet göstermekte olan bir otomotiv firmasının bayilerinde görevli yöneticiler oluşturmaktadır. Anket tekniği ile örneklemden toplanan bu çalışmanın verileri, ilgili paket programlar yardımıyla analizi edilmiştir. İnovasyonun örgütsel performans üzerindeki etkisini belirlemek amacıyla yapılan regreasyon analizi sonuçları, ürün inovasyonunun işlevsel performans ve finansal performans üzerinde anlamlı ve pozitif yönlü, pazarlama inovasyonunun ise sadece finansal performans üzerinde anlamlı ve pozitif yönlü bir etkiye sahip olduğunu göstermektedir. İnovasyonun örgütsel performans üzerindeki etkisinde algılanan çevresel belirsizliğin düzenleyici etkisini test etmek için process analizinden yararlanılmıştır. Analiz sonuçları, pazarlama inovasyonu ile finansal performans arasındaki ilişkide algılanan çevresel belirsizlik boyutlarının düzenleyici bir role sahip olmadığını ortaya koymuştur. Ürün inovasyonu ile finansal performans arasındaki ilişkide algılanan çevresel belirsizlik boyutlarından hiçbirinin anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olmadığı görülmektedir. Buna karşın, ürün inovasyonu ve pazarlama inovasyonu ile işlevsel performans arasındaki ilişkide algılanan çevresel belirsizlik boyutlarının tümünün düzenleyici bir role sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarının doğru bir şekilde yorumlanabilmesi ve etki alanının net olarak belirlenebilmesi amacıyla, çalışma kapsamında, çalışmanın kısıtları aktarılmıştır. Son olarak, araştırma bulguları çerçevesinde uygulayıcılara ve araştırmacılara yönelik bir takım öneriler sunulmuştur.
This study, which is prepared to determine the moderating effect of environmental uncertainty in the impact of innovation on organizational performance, consists of two parts: theory and practice. In the first section, the concepts of innovation, perceived environmental uncertainty and organizational performance, which are the main variables of research, and relations between these concepts are discussed in detail. In the second section, the methodology and research findings of the research are included. The sampling frame of the study constitutes official managers, who works for an automotive company, which operates in Turkey. The data of this study, which was collected from the sample with the survey technique, was analysed with the help of related package programs. The results of regression analysis to determine the effect of innovation on organizational performance indicate that product innovation has a significant and positive effect on functional performance and financial performance, while marketing innovation has a significant and positive effect only on financial performance. Process analysis was used to test the moderating effect of perceived environmental uncertainty on the impact of innovation on organizational performance. The results of the analysis revealed that the perceived environmental uncertainty dimensions do not have a moderating role in the relationship between marketing innovation and financial performance. It is seen that none of the perceived environmental uncertainty dimensions in the relationship between product innovation and financial performance has a significant effect. However, it has been determined that all the perceived environmental uncertainty dimensions have a moderating role in the relationship between product innovation and marketing innovation and functional performance. Within the scope of the study, the limitations of the study have been conveyed in order to interpret the research results correctly and to determine the area of influence clearly. Finally, several recommendations were presented to the practitioners and researchers within the framework of the research findings.
