Teknolojinin gündelik yaşama hızla girmesiyle, çağa ayak uydurmaya çalışan toplum için teknolojik yeniliklerin kabul edilmesi ve kullanılması çok uzun sürmemiştir. Robotlar, insan hayatını kolaylaştıran, endüstride zaman tasarrufu ve ekonomikliği sağlayan önemli bir sistem haline gelmiştir. Sanatta, sanat ve tasarım eğitiminde, uygulamalı sanatlarda teknoloji, farklı bir bakış açısı kazandırmaktadır. Tasarım süreci tamamlanmış bir görselin üç boyutlu seri üretime geçmeden önce, sayısal ortamdaki çizimde hata payı olasılığı düşünülerek önce prototiplerinin yapılması gerekmektedir. Ürünün ortaya çıkmasına ve gerekli düzeltmelerin yapılmasına yol gösteren CNC robotları, bu alan üzerinde yürütülen çalışmalara ümit vermektedir. Bununla beraber seri üretim yapımına olanak sağlamakta, eğitimde ve sanatsal uygulamalarda desteklemektedir. Bu araştırmanın ilk aşamasında seramik ve grafik alanı için iki farklı tasarım, üç boyutlu Rhinoceros çizim programı kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiş ve görsellerin üretime geçmeden önce üç boyut görüntüsüyle ilk kontrolleri değerlendirilmiştir. İkinci aşamada, CNC robotu aracılığıyla görseller, farklı malzemelere rölyef biçiminde aşındırılmıştır. Sonuçlar değerlendirilerek yeni öneriler sunulmuştur.
It didn‘t take a long time for the society that keeps up with the times to accept and use technological innovations when technology rapidly became a part of the daily life. Robots a significant system that facilitates the life for humans, provide time saving and cost efficiency for industry. In art, education of design and art, and applied arts, technology provides a different point of view. Before making 3D serial production of an image of which design process is completed, it is necessary to produce a prototype at first by considering margin of error in terms of the drawing in numeric environment. CNC robots which provide guidance for making the first product and necessary amendments encourage hope for the works that are carried out in this field. In addition, the system allows serial production and supports applications in education and art. At the first stage of this research, two different designs for ceramics and graphics were made by using 3D Rhinoceros drawing program and the initial controls were evaluated with the 3D image before production of the images. At the second stage, the images were abraded by a CNC robot as embossed work with different materials. Results were evaluated and presented new proposals.
