Alınan eğitim hizmetiyle oluşan iş güvencesi algısının, işe yönelik eğilime etkisi: önlisans öğrencileri üzerine bir uygulama

Abstract

İş güvencesi, çalışanları haksız fesih hallerine karşı koruyarak çalışma hakkını gözeten ve çalışanın korunmasını amaçlayan normatif düzenlemelerdir. Olumlu iş güvencesi algısıyla öğrencilerin, işe yönelik eğilimlerinin de olumlu yönde etkileneceği düşünülmektedir. Olumlu işe yönelik eğilime sahip öğrencilerin, bilinçli reklam ve halkla ilişkiler çalışmalarıyla kamuoyuna duyurulması neticesinde, öğrencilerin mezun oldukları eğitim kurumlarının prestijinin ve öğrenci sayısının artacağı düşünülmektedir. Bu sebeple çalışmada, önlisans öğrencilerinin aldıkları eğitim hizmetiyle oluşan iş güvencesi algılarının, işe yönelik eğilimleri üzerindeki etkisi incelenmiştir. Araştırmada kullanılan veriler, anket tekniğiyle toplanmıştır. 492 öğrenciden elde edilen araştırma sonuçlarına göre, öğrencilerin aldıkları eğitim hizmetiyle oluşan iş güvencesi algılarının ve işe yönelik eğilimlerinin ortalamalarının üzerinde olduğu ve iş güvencesi algılarının işe yönelik eğilimlerini pozitif yönde ve anlamlı şekilde etkilediği tespit edilmiştir.

Job security is a normative act that protects employees against unfair dissolution and protects employee's right to work. It's considered that the students' tendencies to work will increase with the positive perception of job security. It's also considered that the number of students' and the prestige of the educational institutions to which the students graduated, will improve thanks to the students who have positive tendency to work, through informed advertising and public relations activities. For this reason, the effect of the perceptions of job security, formed by the education services of the associate degree students, on the tendencies to work were examined. The data used in the research were collected by questionnaire method. According to the research results obtained from 492 students, it was determined that the average of the students' perceptions of job security and their tendency to work by educational services they received were above the mean and that the perceptions of job security were positively and significantly influencing their tendencies to work.
