Bu araştırma, okullarda oluşturulan Bireyselleştirilmiş Eğitim Programı (BEP) Geliştirme Birimlerinin işleyişine yönelik rehberlik öğretmenlerinin görüşlerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden görüşmeye dayalı tümevarım analiz modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2018-2019 eğitim-öğretim yılında çalışmaya katılmayı gönüllü olarak katılmayı kabul eden 14 rehberlik öğretmeni oluşturmuştur. Araştırma Ankara İli Çankaya İlçesinde yürütülmüştür. Araştırmanın verileri yarı-yapılandırılmış görüşmeler yoluyla toplanmıştır. Ayrıca öğretmenlerin genel bilgilerini elde etmek amacıyla demografik bilgi formu hazırlanmıştır. Araştırmanın sonuçları okullarda BEP birimlerinin oluşturulduğunu ancak amacına yönelik işlemediğini ortaya koymuştur. Araştırma sonuçları ayrıca BEP geliştirme birimlerinin daha çok rehberlik öğretmenlerin sorumluluğunda yürütüldüğünü, ekip üyelerinin işbirliği içinde hareket etmediklerini göstermiştir.
The aim of this study is to investigate the opinions ofguidance teachersabout functioning of Unit of Individualized Education Program. In the study, the inductive analysis model was usedbased onqualitative research methods.The study group was consisted of 14 guidance teachers who voluntarily agreed to participate in the study in the 2018-2019 academic year. Research was conducted in Cankaya district of Ankara.Data were collected through semi-structured interviews.In addition, a demographic information form was prepared to obtain general knowledge of teachers. The findings of this research showthat BEP units are formed in schools but they are not intended for the purpose.The results of the research also show that the BEP development units are mostly to be carried by guidanceteachers and the team members do not cooperate.
