Bugün dünyamiz sanayilesme sonrasi bir toplumsal gerçeklik olarak ortaya çikan bir çok
çevre sorunuyla karsi karsiyadir. Süphesiz küresel isinma ve buna bagli olarak ortaya çikan
iklim degis iklikleri bu sorunlarin en önemlilerinden birini olusturmaktadir. Küresel isinma ve
iklim degis ikligi konusunda bütün bilim çevreleri hem fikir olmamakla beraber, çogunluk
böyle bir gerçeklikten söz etmektedir. Dolayisiyla küresel isinmanin artisini durduracak veya
yavas latacak önlemler alarak, mevs imsel ve normal/düzenli/periyodik bir iklim hareketlerinin
egemen oldugu küresel iklim is leyis ini yeniden saglayabilmek üzere bütün bir dünya
toplumunun isbirligine gereks inim vardir. Bu çerçevede her devletin/toplumun ulusal ve
uluslararasi düzeyde iklim politikalari olusturma ve uygulama geregi ortaya çikmistir. Bu
çalismada küresel isinma gerçekligi yaninda bu yöndeki iklim politikalari ele alinmaktadir.
Today, the world faces with many environmental problems that have occurred as social phenomena after industrialisation. Changes in the world climate that occur as the result of the first are the most important environmental issues among others. Although scientists do not agree on the issues of global warming and global cooling, most considers these as important problems. Thus, the peoples of the whole world have to cooperate to have a global climate which existed in the nature until recently. In this manner, all states/peoples have to develop climate polic ies both on national and international levels and have to implement these polic ies. This paper analyses the phenomenon of global warming and the c limate policies which will reduce this phenomenon.
