Bu çalışmanın amacı: Otel çalışanları örnekleminde, çalışanların demografik özellikleri açısından, iş tatmin
düzeyleri arasında anlamlı bir farklılık olup olmadığını, farklılık var ise bu farklılığın hangi gruptan
kaynaklandığını analiz etmektir. Araştırmanın örneklemini, Nevşehir’de faaliyet gösteren 4 yıldızlı 7otel ile 5
yıldızlı 3 otel işletmelerindeki çalışanlar oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma bulgularına göre, çalışanların cinsiyet,
medeni durum, görev, yaş ve iş deneyimi değişkenleri açısından iş tatmin düzeyleri arasında anlamlı bir farklılık
olmadığı ancak, çalışılan departman ve eğitim düzeyi değişkenleri açısından iş tatmin düzeyleri arasında anlamlı
bir farklılık olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
The aim of this study is to analyze the demographic variables of the employees in the sample of the hotel
employees, whether there is a significant difference between the satisfaction of the job, and if there is a difference
between the groups. The sample of the study is composed of 4-star 7otel operating in Nevşehir and 5-Star 3-star
hotel Busınesses. According to the findings of the study, there was no significant difference in the level of
satisfaction of the workers in terms of gender, marital status, task, age and work experience variables. However,
it was found that there was a significant difference between the work satisfaction levels and the work satisfaction
levels in terms of age, gender, marital status and work experience variables, but there was a significant difference
between the work satisfaction levels in terms of the department and education level variables.
