18 numaralı (H. 1339/M. 1920 ile 1927) Nevşehir Şer`iyye Sicili metin çevirisi ve değerlendirme

Abstract

Osmanlı Devleti tarihi'nin sosyal, siyasî, iktisadî, askerî, coğrafî, hukukî ve kültürel yönlerini ortaya koymak için yapılan bir çalışmanın, Şer`iyye Sicilleri incelenmeden tamamlanması ve meseleleri bütün yönleri ile ortaya koyması mümkün değildir. Osmanlı Devleti tarihinin araştırılmasında Şer`iyye sicilleri önemli belgelerden birisi olarak değerlendirilmektedir. Sosyo kültürel açıdan önemli bilgi ve kayıtlar içeren Osmanlı mahkeme kayıtları, geçmişi günümüze yansıtan kıymetli yazılı kaynaklardandır. Bu mahkeme kayıtları, yerel farklılıkları ve genel tespitleri ortaya koymaları bakımından önem arz eder. Şer`iyye sicilleri ait oldukları yerlerin ictimaî, idarî, malî, sosyal, vb. yönleri öğrenmemize kaynaklık ederler. Özellikle şehir tarihinin aydınlatılmasında büyük önem taşırlar. Çalışmamızda Nevşehir'in iktisadî, ictimaî, idarî yönlerini, tezimizin kapsadığı dönemler içinde ortaya koymaya çalıştık. Çalışmamızda Nevşehir iline ait olan 18 numaralı defterin metin çevirisi ve değerlendirmesini yaptık. Defterimiz Hicri 1339/Miladi 1920-1927 tarihleri arasını kapsamaktadır. Defterdeki kayıtlar miras ve tereke taksimi konularını ihtiva etmektedir. Nevşehir hakkında çalışmalar yapmakta olan ve yapacak olan araştırmacılara kapsadığı yıllara ilişkin kaynak niteliğinde bir çalışmadır.Anahtar Kelimeler: Osmanlı, Kadı, Nevşehir, Şer`iyye Sicili, Tereke,

A study done to demonstrate the Ottoman Empire?s social, political, economic, military, geographical, legal and cultural aspects is not possible to be completed without examining the Court Registries and is not possible to reveal the issues with all aspects. Court registries to investigate the history of the Ottoman Empire considered one of the important documents.The Ottoman Court records that contain important information and records with socio-cultural aspects are reflecting the precious present the history of the written sources. These court records are important in terms of putting forward the local differences and the overall findings. Court registries enable us to learn the social, administrative, financial aspect of the places where they belong to. Particularly, they are of great importance in illuminating the city's history. In this study, we have tried to show the economic, social and administrative aspects of Nevşehir between 1920-1927. In our study, we translated and examined the No: 18 notebooks that belong to the province of Nevşehir. Our notebook covers the period from Hajji 1339/Gregorian 1920-1927.The notebook covers the topics of inheritance and the divisions of estate records.
