60 numaralı (h.1265-1266/m.1848-1850) Tokat Şer'iyye Sicili'nin metni ve değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

1848-1850 (H.1265-1266) yıllarına ait olan ? 60 Numaralı Tokat Şer'iyye Sicil Defteri? nin çevirisi yapılarak, defterde yer alan belgeler doğrultusunda söz konusu döneme ait Tokat'ın idari ve sosyo-ekonomik yapısı üzerinde durulmuştur.Üzerinde çalıştığımız tez üç bölüme ayrılmıştır. Önce giriş olarak ele aldığımız bölümde; Şer'iyye Sicilleri, Osmanlı hukukunun tarihi gelişimi, yargı sistemi ve mahkeme görevlileri hakkında bilgiler verildi. Ayrıca sicillerle ilgili daha önce yapılmış olan çalışmalara yer verilmiştir.Birinci bölümde, XIX. yüzyıl ortalarında Tokat şehri hakkında genel bilgiler verildi. Şehre ait sosyal, kültürel ve ekonomik hayat ve idari yapısı hakkında da mevcut bilgiler aktarılmıştır.İkinci bölümde, çalışma yapılırken hangi yöntem ve materyallerden yararlanıldığı üzerinde durulmuştur. Defterin değerlendirilmesi yapılarak tanıtılması ve belge çeşitleri hakkında açıklamalar yapılmıştır.Üçüncü ve son bölümde ise, 60 Numaralı Tokat Şer'iyye Sicili'nin metnine yer verildi. Defterden yararlanılarak hazırlanan bir sözlük çalışması da ilave edildi.

Before we take as input section;were given general information about the Shari?a Court Records. The historicaldevelopment of Ottoman law, judicial system and court staff about the comments were made. Moreover, studies have been done before on record to have been given.In the first section, XIX. General information about the city of Tokat in the mid-century was given. Urban social, cultural and economic life and current information about the administrative structure has been transferred.While making the second part of the study which focused on the use of methods and materials. Evaluation of the introduction of books and documents about the kinds of explanations have been made.In the third and final part, 60 numbered Tokat Shari'a Court Records text transcription was included. The book draws from the extra work was a dictionary.
