Öğretmenlik kariyer basamakları hakkında sosyal bilgiler öğretmenlerinin görüşlerinin incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırmada Sosyal Bilgiler öğretmenlerinin kariyer basamakları uygulaması ile ilgili görüşlerinin alınması amaçlanmıştır. Bu çalışma, fenomonoloji deseniyle yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, Kayseri ilinde eğitim vermekte olan ve kariyer basamakları sınavına girmeye hak kazanmış, şartları tutan Sosyal Bilgiler öğretmenleri oluşturacaktır. Araştırma verileri yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu ile elde edilecektir. Veriler içerik analizi yöntemi ile çözümlenecektir. Çalışma sonucunda Sosyal Bilgiler öğretmenlerinin kariyer basamakları uygulaması ve sınavı ile ilgili görüleri tespit edilecektir.

In this research, it was aimed to obtain the opinions of Social Studies teachers about the application of career steps. This study was conducted with the phenomenology pattern. The working group of the research will be composed of Social Studies teachers who are teaching in Kayseri province and who have the right to take the career ladder exam and who meet the requirements. The research data will be obtained through a semi-structured interview form. The data will be analyzed by content analysis method. As a result of the study, the opinions of Social Studies teachers about the application and examination of career steps will be determined.
