Klinikte çalışan hemşirelerin sağlık yüksek okulu öğrenci hemşirelerinin eğitimine katılımlarındaki engellerin belirlenmesi

Abstract

Çalışma, klinikte çalışan hemşirelerin sağlık yüksek okulu öğrencilerinin eğitimine katılımlarındaki engelleri belirlemek amacıyla tanımlayıcı olarak yapılmıştır. Çalışma, Nevşehir Devlet Hastanesi'nde çalışan 230 hemşire ile yapılmıştır. Veriler araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen anket formu kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Çalışmadan elde edilen verilerin değerlendirilmesi amacıyla SPSS (Statistical PackageforSocialSciences) version 22.0 kullanılmıştır. Gruplar arası farkı belirlemek için ki-kare önemlilik testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmaya başlamadan önce Nevşehir Hacı Bektaş Veli Üniversitesi Etik Kurulundan etik kurul onayı, Kamu Hastaneleri Birliği Nevşehir Genel Sekreterliği'nden gerekli izin, araştırmaya katılan hemşirelerden yazılı onam alınmıştır. Çalışma sonucuna göre, hemşirelerin %46.7'sinin öğrenci klinikte öğrenmesi gereken konu ve becerileri klinik hemşiresinden öğrenmek için kendisinin çabalaması gerektiğini düşündüğü, %60.7'sinin öğrenci sayısının fazla olduğunu düşündüğü, %42.2'sinin bazı öğretim elemanlarının klinikte yeterince bulunmadıklarını düşündüğü, %36.0'sının hastane fiziki ortamının yetersiz olduğunu düşündüğü saptanmıştır. Çalışmadan elde edilen sonuçlara yönelik uygun öneriler getirilmiştir.

The study was descriptive in order to determine the obstacles to the participation of clinically active nurses in the education of high school students in health. The study was conducted with 230 nurses working at the Nevşehir State Hospital. The data were collected using the information form developed by the researcher. Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 22.0 was used to evaluate the data obtained during the study. The chi-square significance test was used to determine the difference between groups. Ethical committee approval from Haci Bektaş Veli University Ethnic Committee of Nevşehir Nevsehir, permission from the General Secretariat of the Public Hospitals Association Nevşehir, and written approval from the nurses participating in the investigation were taken. According to the results of the study, %46.7 of the nurses I think that the students should try hard to learn the subjects and skills that should be learned in the clinic from the clinical nurse, %60.7 of nurses I think that the number of students is surplus ,%42.2 of the nurses I think that teaching staff don't spend enough time in the clinic, %36.0 of the nurses I think that the physical environment of the hospital is inadequate were identified. According to the results were made suggestions.
