Bu araştırma parçalanmış aileye sahip ergenlere verilen psikoeğitimin olumlu kişilerarası ilişkiler geliştirme tarzlarına etkisinin incelenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini Niğde İl Merkezinde bulunan, Niğde Atatürk Anadolu Lisesi'nde 2021-2022 eğitim öğretim yılında öğrenim gören parçalanmış aileye sahip 11-18 yaşları arasındaki 35 ergen oluşturmuştur. Araştırma öntest-sontest desenli yarı deneysel tiptedir. Örneklem seçimine gidilmemiş araştırmaya ve eğitimlere katılmayı kabul eden ebeveynlerinin izin verdiği mental yetersizliği olmayan ergenlerin tamamı dahil edilmiştir. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak; literatür taranarak hazırlanan sosyodemografik bilgileri içeren "Ergen Tanıtım Formu" ve "Kişilerarası İlişkiler Ölçeği" kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada elde edilen veriler SPSS 23.0 istatistik paket programında (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) değerlendirilmiştir. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde tanımlayıcı ve analitik istatistikler kullanılmıştır. Veri toplama araçlarından elde edilen veriler sayı, yüzde, ortalama ve standart sapma değerleri ile incelenmiştir. "Kişilerarası İlişkiler Ölçeği'nin" eğitim öncesi, eğitim sonrası ve eğitimden altı hafta sonraki (ölçümlerinden alınan) puan ortalamaları, standart sapma, minimum ve maksimum değerleri hesaplanmıştır. Ergenlerin sosyo-demografik özellikleri ile "Kişilerarası İlişkiler Ölçeği'nden" aldıkları puanlar "Tekrarlı Ölçümlerde Varyans Analizi" ile değerlendirilmiştir. Tekrarlanan ölçüm seviyeleri arasında varyansların eşit olup olmadığını test etmek için "Mauchly's Küresellik Testi" kullanılmıştır (Mauchly's Sphericity). Test verileri %95 güven aralığında değerlendirilmiş olup, istatistiksel anlamlılık değeri olarak p<0.05 kabul edilmiştir. Araştırmaya katılan bireylerin "Kişilerarası İlişkiler Ölçeği" besleyici ilişki tarzı puanı eğitim öncesi 33,91±6,91, eğitim sonrası 33,17±8,87 ve eğitimden altı hafta sonra 36,11±7,10 olarak; zehirleyici ilişki tarzı puanı ise eğitim öncesi 12,02±8,77, eğitim sonrası 10,29±6,07 ve eğitimden altı hafta sonra 9,02±5,42 olarak bulunmuştur. Bu sonuçlara göre; ergenlerin besleyici ilişki tarzı puan ortalaması eğitimden sonra düşmüş, altı hafta sonraki ölçümde yükselmiştir. Ancak bu puan artışı istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmamıştır (p>0,05). Zehirleyici ilişki tarzı puan ortalaması ise eğitim sonrası ve altı hafta sonraki ölçümde düşmüş olup, bu puan farkı istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmuştur (p<0,05). Bu bulgulara göre olumlu kişilerarası ilişkiler geliştirebilmeleri için verilen iletişim becerileri eğitiminin faydalı olduğunu söylemek mümkündür.
This research was conducted to examine the effect of psychoeducation given to adolescents with broken families on their styles of developing positive interpersonal relationships. The population of the research consisted of 35 adolescents between the ages of 11-18 with broken families, who were studying at Niğde Atatürk Anatolian High School in Niğde City Center in the 2021-2022 academic year. This research is quasi-experimental with pretest-posttest pattern. All of the adolescents without mental retardation, who accepted to participate in the study and trainings, and whose parents gave permission, were included. As a data collection tool in the research; "Adolescent Introduction Form" and "Interpersonal Relationship Scale", which contain sociodemographic information prepared by scanning the literature, were used. The data obtained in the study were evaluated in the SPSS 23.0 statistical package program (Statistical Package for Social Sciences). Descriptive and analytical statistics were used in the evaluation of the data. The data obtained from the data collection tools were analyzed with number, percentage, mean and standard deviation values. The mean score, standard deviation, minimum and maximum values of the Interpersonal Relations Scale taken before the education, after the education and six weeks after the education were calculated. The socio-demographic characteristics of the adolescents and the scores they got from the "Interpersonal Relationship Scale" were evaluated with the Analysis of Variance in Repeated Measurements. Mauchly's Sphericity Test was used to test whether the variances were equal between repeated measurement levels (Mauchly's Sphericity). Test Data were evaluated at 95% confidence interval and p<0.05 was accepted as statistical significance value.The Interpersonal Relationship Scale nurturing relationship style score of the individuals participating in the study was 33.91±6.91 before the education, 33.17±8.87 after the education and 36.11±7.10 six weeks after the education, and the toxic relationship style score was 12 before the education. It was found to be 12.02±8.77, 10.29±6.07 after the training, and 9.02±5.42, six weeks after the training. According to these results; Adolescents' mean nurturing relationship style score decreased after education and increased at the measurement six weeks later. However, this score increase was not statistically significant (p>0.05). The mean toxic relationship style score decreased after the training and in the measurement six weeks later, and this score difference was found to be statistically significant (p<0.05). According to these findings, it is possible to say that the communication skills training provided for them to develop positive interpersonal relationships is beneficial.
