Türkiye'de mobilyacılık sektörü ve COVID-19 sonrası durumu

Abstract

Dünyada yaşanan teknolojik gelişmeler sebebiyle yaşanan gelişmeler insanların tüketim davranışlarını da etkilemiştir. İnsanlar kendilerine en uygun, en konforlu ürünü tercih etmek istemektedir. Hayatının vazgeçilmez parçası olan mobilyalarda bu gelişmelerden etkilenmiş ve günün şartlarına uygun olacak şekilde tasarlanmaya, tüketicilere sunulmaya başlanmıştır. Tüm bu sebeplerden dolayı mobilya sektörünün dünya ekonomisindeki payı artmaya başlamıştır. Mobilya sektörü Türkiye'nin önde gelen sektörlerinden birisidir. Türkiye'de mobilya sektörü ve Covid-19 sonrası sektörün durum analizi TUİK Ve Trademap verilerinden yararlanılarak daha çok ithalat, ihracat, dış ticaret dengesi verileri ile ortaya konulmuştur. Türkiye'de mobilyacılık sektörü ve Covid-19 sonrası durumu isimli yüksek lisans tez çalışmasında, mobilya sektörünün Türkiye ekonomisi üzerindeki rolünün belirlenmesi ve Covid-19 sonrası sektörün durumunun incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. İncelenen verilerle, mobilya sektörünün Türkiye ekonomisine salgın öncesi ve salgın sonrasında büyüme, istihdam ve ticaret hacmi bakımından önemli katkılar sağladığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

The developments experienced due to technological developments in the world have also affected the consumption behaviors of people. People want to choose the most suitable and comfortable product for them. Furniture, which is an indispensable part of his life, was affected by these developments and started to be designed and presented to consumers in accordance with the conditions of the day. Due to all these reasons, the share of the furniture industry in the world economy has started to increase. Furniture industry is one of the leading industries in Turkey. By using TUIK and Trademap data, mainly import, export and foreign trade balance data, the situation analysis of the furniture sector and the post-Covid-19 sector in Turkey was revealed. In the master's thesis study named the furniture sector in Turkey and its situation after Covid-19, it is aimed to determine the role of the furniture sector on the Turkish economy and to examine the situation of the sector after Covid-19. With the analyzed data, it was concluded that the furniture industry made significant contributions to the Turkish economy in terms of growth, employment and trade volume before and after the epidemic.
