Bölgesel kalkınmada etkili faktörlerin yoğunlaşma katsayısı ile incelenmesi: Niğde ili örneği

Abstract

Etkin kalkınma politikaları etkin bölgesel kalkınma ile oluşturulabilir. Bunun için kalkınma eksenindeki sektörün, bölgenin ve ülkenin kalkınmaya konu bileşenlerde değerlendirilmesi gerekir. Bu çalışmada üretim, yatırım teşvik verileri, ithalat ve ihracat verileri ve finans kesimine ilişkin veriler dâhilinde bölgesel kalkınma konusu incelenmiştir. Bu bağlamda analiz dönemini oluşturan veri kısıtı altında Niğde bölgesi için 2006 – 2014 yılları arası esas alınarak yıllık frekanstaki bölgesel ve ulusal bir dizi veri dâhilinde yoğunlaşma katsayısı analizi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Analizden elde edilen sonuçlar bölgenin ülke ekonomisine kıyasla hangi faaliyetlerde daha yoğun olduğunu ortaya koyarak bölgesel kalkınma sürecinin hangi eksende ilerlediğini göstermektedir. Analiz sonucuna göre Niğde bölgesi Madencilik ve Taşocakçılığı İhracatı, Tarım ve Ormancılık İthalatı, Tarım İhtisas Kredileri, Toptan ve Perakende Ticaret İhracatı, Mesleki İhtisas Kredileri, Tarım ve Ormancılık İhracatı, Bitkisel Üretim Değeri, Resmi Kuruluşlar Mevduatı, Canlı Hayvanlar Değeri, İmalat İhracatı, Tasarruf Mevduatı alanlarında ülke ekonomisine kıyasla daha yoğun faaliyette bulunmakta olup bölgesel kalkınma dinamikleri bu bileşenlerce sağlanmaktadır.

Effective development policies can be motivated through effective regional development. For this respect, the sector, the region and the country must be compared in case of development components. In this study, the issue of regional development in terms of production and investment incentive data, import and export data and financial sector data examined. In this context, under the data constraint that constitutes the analysis period, shift share analysis is employed within a series of regional and national data on annual basis for Nigde province from 2006 to 2014. The results of the location quotient analysis reveals the activities that supports regional development process more intensively while compared to the country's economy. According to the results of analysis, its revealed that Nigde province has more intensive activities that supports regional development on Mining and Quarrying Exports, Agriculture and Forestry Import, Agricultural Specialization Credits, Wholesale and Retail Trade Exports, Vocational Specialization Credits, Agriculture and Forestry Exports, Crop Production Value, Official Institution Deposits, Livestock Value, Manufacturing Exports, Savings Deposits while compared to the country's economy
