Abstract

Aylık ortalama gelirlerinin ise 2001-3000 TL aralığında olduğu belirlenmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre %68'nin aldığı maaştan memnun olmadığı belirlenmiştir. Katılımcıların %62'si mesleki deneyim olarak 1-5 yıl aralığındadır. Yapılan araştırmada anket çalışmasına katılanların %36'sının çevre mühendisleri ve çevre görevlilerinin yasa, tüzük ve yönetmeliklerde belirtilen çalışma sistemlerinden memnun olmadıkları belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca katılımcıların %90'ı mühendislik fakültesi, fen-edebiyat fakültesi ve veterinerlik fakültesi mezunlarının çevre görevlisi olarak çalışmasını uygun buluyor musunuz sorusuna hiç katılmıyorum yanıtını vererek uygun bulmadıklarını belirtmişlerdir.

Within the scope of this thesis, the main problems encountered in the field of environmental consultancy and these basic problems are investigated and solutions for these problems are presented. In the field of environmental consultancy, problems arising from both professional and legal processes have been identified through preliminary study. Then, the environmental officers working in this sector were asked in the questionnaires about the problems they faced in the fields they work and their solution suggestions. The predetermined problems were verified with the questionnaires, and as a result of this feedback, the solutions were presented in a realistic way. In general, the participants answered the problems we identified in a way that could contribute to the sector. Monthly average income is between 2001-3000 TL. According to the results of the research, 68% of the participants were not satisfied with the salary. 62% of the participants have 1-5 years of professional experience. In the research, it was determined that 36% of the survey participants were not satisfied with the working systems of environmental engineers and environmental officers in laws, regulations and regulations. In addition, 90% of the participants were, do you find it appropriate for the graduates of the faculty of science and literature and veterinary faculty to work as environmental officers they do not agree with the answer by saying that they do not agree.
