Türkiye'de yetişen bazı Anchusa L. (Boraginaceae) taksonlarının polen ve tohum morfolojileri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Anchusa L. (Boraginaceae)’ya ait 7 taksonun (A. leptophylla Roemer &Schultes ssp. leptophylla, A. officinalis L., A. undulata L. ssp. hybrida (Ten.) Coutinho., A. azurea Miller var. azurea, A. pusilla Guşul, A. arvensis (L.) Bieb. ssp. orientalis (L.) Nordh., A. aucheri DC.) polen ve tohum morfolojileri belirlenmiştir. Taksonların polen ve tohum morfolojilerini belirlemede ışık mikroskobu (LM) ve taramalı elektron mikroskobu (SEM) kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada, polen morfolojilerine ait polar ve ekvatoral eksen uzunluğu, polen şekli, kolpus uzunluğu, kolpus genişliği, apertür tipi, ornamentasyon, ekzin, intin, por uzunluğu, por genişliği gibi karakterler belirlenmiştir. Fındıkçık morfolojisine ait boy, en, şekil, renk, papilla, bazal halka, lateral gaga ve ornamentasyon gibi karakterler belirlenerek, taksonlardaki benzerlik ve farklılıklar ortaya konulmuştur. Ayrıca polen ve tohum verileri ile NTSYS-pc version 2.02 ve Minitab programı kullanılarak, fenogramlar oluşturulmuştur. İncelenen taksonların polen şekli oblate sferoidal (A. azurea var. azurea, A. undulata ssp. hybrida), prolat-sferoidal (A. officinalis), prolat (A. pusilla) ve subprolat (A. arvensis ssp. orientalis, A. aucheri, A. leptophylla ssp. leptophylla)’tır. Apertür tipleri ise trizonokolporat (A. aucheri, A. arvensis ssp. orientalis), trizonokolporattetrazonokolporat (A. pusilla), tetrazonokolporat (A. undulata ssp. hybrida, A. leptophylla ssp. leptophylla, A. officinalis) ve tetrazonokolporat-pentazonokolporat (A. azurea var. azurea)’tır. Polen ve tohum morfolojik verilerin NTSYS programında, UPGMA analizi ile değerlendirilmesi sonucu, elde edilen fenogram ile türler apertür sayılarına göre dört tipe ayrılmıştır. Apertür sayısı üç olanlar A. aucheri, A. arvensis ssp. orientalis, Tip I kategorisinde olup, kolpus ornamentasyonlarının farklılığıyla birbirlerinden ayrılmaktadır. Apertür sayısı üç veya dört olan A. pusilla ise Tip II v kategorisindedir. Apertür sayısı dört olan A. undulata ssp. hybrida, A. leptophylla ssp. leptophylla ve A. officinalis Tip III kategorisinde yer almaktadır. Bunlarda polen şekillerine göre birbirlerinden ayrılmaktadırlar. Apertür sayısı dört veya beş olan A. azurea var. azurea ise Tip IV kategorisinde yer almaktadır. Fındıkçık özellikleri bakımından, A. pusilla, A. arvensis ssp. orientalis, A. officinalis, A. aucheri, A. leptophylla ssp. leptophylla, A. undulata ssp. hybrida rozet şeklinde papillalara sahip fındıkçıklar bulundururken, A. azurea var. azurea basit papillalar bulundurmaktadır. Ayrıca, polen ve tohum karakterlerine göre taksonlar için bir tayin anahtarı verilmiştir.

In this study, it has been examined pollen and seed morphology of 7 taxa of Anchusa (A. leptophylla Roemer & Schultes ssp. leptophylla, A. officinalis L., A. undulata L. ssp. hybrida (Ten.) Coutinho., A. azurea Miller var. azurea, A. pusilla Guşul, A. arvensis (L.) Bieb. ssp. orientalis (L.) Nordh., A. aucheri DC.). For pollen and seed morphologies characteristics of the taxa was used light microscope (LM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). Besides, polar axis, equatorial axis, pollen shape, colpus length, colpus width, aperture type, ornamentation, exine, intin, por length, pore width in the pollen morphology were determined. And length, shape, color, papilla, basal ring, lateral beak and ornamentation in the nutlets morphologies were determined. And also similarities and differences in taxa were revealed. In addition, phenograms were formed by NTSYS-pc version 2.02 and Minitab program, using pollen and seed data. Pollen shape of the taxa examined are oblate sferoidal in A. azurea var. azurea, A. undulata ssp. hybrida, prolate-sferoidal in A. officinalis, prolate in A. pusilla and subprolate in A. arvensis ssp. orientalis, A. aucheri and A. leptophylla ssp. leptophylla. Aperture types of the taxa are trizonokolporate (A. aucheri, A. arvensis ssp. orientalis), trizonokolporate-tetrazonokolporate (A. pusilla), tetrazonokolporate (A. undulata ssp. hybrida, A. leptophylla ssp. leptophylla, A. officinalis) and tetrazonokolporate-pentazonokolporate (A. azurea var. azurea). According to programs formed using by NTSYS-pc version 2.02 and UPGMA analysis, using pollen and seed data, pollens are divided into four types according to aperture numbers. Three apertured taxa, A. aucheri, A. arvensis ssp. orientalis, they are in the Type I category and they differs from each other with the difference of colpus ornamentations. Three or four apertured taxa, A. pusilla, in the Type II category. Four apertured taxa, A. undulata. ssp. hybrida, A. leptophylla ssp. leptophylla, A. officinalis in the Type III category. So, taxa in the Type III category are separated from each other according to pollen shapes. Four or five apertured taxa, A. azurea var. azurea in the Type IV category. Nutlets of A. pusilla, A. arvensis ssp. orientalis, A. officinalis, A. aucheri, A. leptophylla ssp. leptophylla, A. undulata ssp. hybrida have papillae rosette-like shape, but the papillae of A. azurea var. azurea are simple. In addition, a distinction key for taxa was also given according to pollen and nutlets characteristics.
