Nevşehir ili ve çevresi Bombus terrestris (Linnaeus, 1758) (Insecta:Hymenoptera:Apidae) türünün polinasyon biyomorfolojisi ve ekolojisinin araştırılması

Abstract

Bu çalışma 2016-2018 yılları arasında Nevşehir İli ve çevresindeki Bombus terrestris (Linneaeus, 1758) (Insecta: Hymenoptera: Apidae ) türünün polinasyon biyomorfolojisi ve ekolojisini belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. 2016 – 2018 yıllarında Mayıs – Eylül ayları sürecinde yapılan arazi çalışmalarında B. terrestris örnekleri; ziyaret ettiği bitkiler ile birlikte gözlemlenmiş ve toplanmıştır.ToplananB. terrestris örneklerinin vücut üzerinden elde edilen polenler; ışık ve elektron mikroskobunda incelenmiştir. Çalışma kapsamında polen örneklerinin incelenmesi sonucunda taksonların tespiti; 13 familya ve 12 cins/tür düzeyinde belirlenmiştir. Polen örneklerinin mevcut morfolojik karakterleri bağlamında ait oldukları familyalar; Asteraceae, Boraginaceae, Brassicaceae, Caprifoliaceae, Plantaginaceae, Lamiaceae, Fabaceae, Malvaceae, Cictaceae, Poaceae, Moraceae, Onagraceae ve Pinaceae'dir. Çalışma kapsamında ayrıca; özellikle,sıcaklık - nem ekolojik faktörlerinin; polinasyonda ağırlıklı olarak etkili oldukları sürecin; her iki değerin dengeli olarak arttığı, Mayıs – Eylül dönemlerinde olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Tez çalışması sonucunda; Nevşehir ili ve çevresinin; flora, fauna ve ekolojik yapı ve özelliklerine katkı sağlanmıştır.

This study was carried out to determine the biomorphology and ecology of Bombus terrestris (Linneaeus, 1758) (Insecta: Hymenoptera: Apidae) species in and around Nevşehir between 2016-2018.In the field studies conducted between May and September, B. terrestris species was observed and collected with the visited plants. Pollens Which are obtained from the body of collected B. terrestris samples; was investigated by both light and electron microscopy. Within the scope of the study, the taxa detected as a result of the examination of pollen samples; 13 families and 12 genus / species.The families of the pollen samples in terms of their present morphological characteristics; Asteraceae, Boraginaceae, Brassicaceae, Caprifoliaceae, Plantaginaceae, Lamiaceae, Fabaceae, Malvaceae, Cictaceae, Poaceae, Moraceae, Onagraceae and Pinaceae.Also within the scope of the study; especiallyecological factors of temperature - humidity; the process in which they are predominantly effective in pollination; both values increased in a balanced manner and it was observed that it was between May and September. As a result of the thesis; contribution was realized on flora, fauna and ecological structure and properties of Nevsehir province and its environs.
