dc.description.abstract |
This research paper examines the personnel education process in the hospitality sector of Turkey. The survey includes upscale hotels which operate in various parts of Turkey. A questionnaire inclueding eleven questions was mailed to upper level hotel managers of the aforementioned operations. As a result, this study found out that upper level managers perceived the importance of personnel education; however, they did not consider to assign some part of their budged on this issue. |
